House was large, secluded and had everything we needed. Mountain views are mainly from the third floor. Good location close to amenities. Host communicated well. I maybe didn't read the listing well enough, but Fireplace is not allowed for guests.

The views from the master bedroom were awesome....while we were there the pools heater was broken but my husband enjoyed the sauna and the owner tried to make up for pool .The living room was so comfy and the kitchen was the best we have seen at vrbo s.The master bathroom is a underwhelming but the 2 others were fine(hand held showers should be added)...2nd floor laundry great benefit

This home was such a fun stay and perfectly laid out so everyone could have their own space. The pool and sauna were an absolute treat-especially with the breathtaking views you can enjoy from the multiple decks and even right from the sauna window. Jeremy was incredibly responsive to any and all needs, which made the experience even better. Truly exceptional hospitality. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Minor hiccups with checking in, ants (kitchen) and checkout but otherwise it's a great spot for a group. Celebrated my partner's 40th and it was nice to have access to the pool, kitchen, outdoor fire pit (bring your own firewood) and grill. Such a roomy house (3 floors) but cozy enough for a weekend getaway for a group. Highly recommend for the beautiful views (from the top floor) and amenities (HELLO INDOOR POOL). Absolutely loved the rooms and sleeping arrangements for my friends.

This property is Amazing. Our 3 generation girls weekend enjoyed everything at this property. Many different rooms / spaces to enjoy. We absolutely loved the game room. The pool and sauna made the weekend unique. Incredible views.

This property was everything we had hoped for! The views from the top deck were spectacular. The drive up the neighborhood was amazing. Will definitely be staying here again!!! My only small concern was the pool temp, it wasn’t very warm, but the kids didn’t mind ;)

Madison Getaway

This house was wonderful! We had some issues with the grill but the property manager got over to us the very next morning to help us out. I would definitely come back during the warmer months as we weren't able to utilize the amazing outdoor patios and decks. Highly recommend this stay, thank you for everything!

This house was perfect for our 3 families enjoying a weekend in the mountains! We liked its proximity to North Conway and the beautiful views. Communication with the host was seamless and check in was easy. The house was clean and there was plenty of room for everyone. I loved the sunroom/breakfast nook looking out to the yard watching the kids sledding. The (shallow) pool was so great for the kids! The game room and the bunk room got alot of use too. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans etc. the only thing is there weren't 16 sets of plates/ silverware which wasn't a big deal because we brought disposable plates and utensils too. We would certainly stay here again!!

The pictures of the home shows it like it is a lot more private then it is the house to the left is about 15 feet away.The front stairs and the deck area is definitely over do for fresh paint .Seating outside with pealing paint?Garage door had broken window upon arrival we soon found why. We had a BEAR break in and destroyed the trash.No one from maintenance came to helped Family did not feel safe the whole nextt night with the hole in the door.The house was literally was a 102 degrees inside they came out for this.The furnace was broken and just pumped out heat Heat wave temperatures out side were in the high 90s the combination was insane almost went to hotel.The indoor saltwater pool was nice but there was black mold spots along the side walls.The owner would only email and would not get on the phone The price was very high for these conditions The whole place needs a upgrade for the price

Great Host! They are very thorough with details, instructions for check in and check out. Very easy process for both! They get back to you fast through email and answer all of your questions! There were 8 people on the trip and there was plenty of room for everyone! The gaming table is amazing! The pool was great ( Us older folks wish was a tad bit warmer) but the kids loved it and there was plenty of pool toys! House stays warm and cozy, plenty of lighting and seating for everyone! The kitchen is perfect for cooking for many people! THE VIEWS CANT BE BEAT and if you drive 2 minutes up to the very top there is a great look out spot with ample photo opportunities! We will be going back in the summer months to utilize the awesome porches and deck on many levels to see that mountain view!lovely staygreat hostperfect spotbest viewsclose to shops, walmart and fun activities 10/10

The house was very nicely equipped for example such as toilet paper, seasonings, pots and pans, towels etc. we didn’t even need half of the stuff we brought as the house already had it! Plenty of room, nice view, all the way at the top of the mountain. Pool was as advertised, water was, some parts of the pool were cold others were warm, needed to get used to temp but those that got in had a blast in the pool. Even had floaties for the kids! This isn’t really a complaint but more of a correction, house advertises a sauna but really it’s more of a small room in the master bathroom, we didn’t end up using it. House was exactly was I was looking for! Only feedback would be maybe more updated games like playing cards or board games for example but I did appreciate that there were some stuff for the kids to entertain themselves with. We should have remembered to bring some ourselves i guess! Grill worked great. I don’t typically leave reviews but would def recommend and would rent again myself!

Location, location, location!

This treehouse in the sky offers views of both sunrises and sunsets, as well as an unbelievable view of the Presidential Range and Mt Washington snow this weekend! The house is large, has plenty of comfortable hang out locations for kids and adults. We had five adults and nine kids between six and sixteen and between the pool, board games, the game room, tv, outside games, walks with more majestic views over Pea Porridge Pond, and cooking on the awesome gas range for the crew, everyone was happy. A bathroom on every floor is key. We didn’t use the sauna or jet tub, but nice to have that option! The overlook porch off the master bedroom never got old. We did day trips to North Conway, Conway, Fryeburg, the Kancamagus. It’s near enough to so many great places yet so removed and private at the end of your day. The host, Jeremy, is a wonderful communicator and gave us tips on where to get groceries, eat and answered any and all of my questions quickly, with humor and kindness. Did I mention you can sleep a whole bunch of fun family and friends comfortably? This place is a great find. My family said , ask if we can buy it!” Thanks for a wonderful stay! Oops last item: cell phone tower hidden right up the road. Bingo! Great cell service too!
