Sunny 5 bedroom, 3 bath contemporary Near All Valley Attractions

Just minutes to North Conway village and four major ski areas, this is a sunny, private contemporary with lots of space for friends and a winter view of the mountains, but minutes to restaurants, kayaking and famous outlet shopping.

The house has three levels of living, each level featuring bedrooms and a bathroom, new furnishings in 2009, and supplied with linens and amenities. 4 Cable TVs including a 50 inch HD flat screen, lots of closets, laundry and tons of windows.

In a quiet lovely neighborhood but only 3 minute drive to swimming at beautiful Echo Lake where you can watch rock climbers on Cathedral Ledge. Also only 5 minutes to one of the most popular canoe/kayak/tubing rivers in New England, the Saco offers miles of gently moving water with sandy beaches along the way. Within 20 minutes are the attractions of Storyland, the Cog Railroad and the Auto Road up Mt. Washington, the Conway Scenic Railroad, museums, antique shops and exciting night life. Or just relax on the deck or in the media/pub with dry bar, TV.

A deck with grill has seating for 10. There is a screened porch too. Foosball table and in summer, a ping pong table.. Beach chairs, towels etc. Just bring your food and clothes and your vacation begins. Rentals in July and August are 6 day minimum. Three night minimum the rest of the year.

Garage and plenty of parking in a very quiet neighborhood.

Beautiful North Conway home

We enjoyed our stay in this clean beautiful home. Plenty of room and a nice location easy to get to town and area restaurants, ski areas etc. The owner was great to communicate with and explained everything clearly. We had no complaints would definitely stay again

We had a great return trip to this property. All 10 adults had a treat time, large dining room table was perfect for our party size. Beds are very comfortable and baths were very clean. Would definitely think of coming back next year

Girl’s weekend get away

Jackie’s house was very comfortable for 9 women. We had plenty of room to cook, eat meals and still be able to relax and read. I would recommend this to a group .

Spacious home for family

The house was great for our family. Lots of room to spread out. The kitchen was well equipped with spices and your choice of coffee pots to use. We found everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms are located on each floor. Jackie was a great host, leaving lots of information about the area.

Enjoyed A Leisurely Week

We had a great week at 287 Beechnut Drive. Nice long table was great for the nine of us for meals and card playing. The many nooks and screened porch allowed us not to always be together in the same room. Three bathrooms allowed us to be leisurely in the morning and relaxed. Our one concern was that the lighting in all the rooms was very dim.

Great multi-family vacation house

The house had plenty of room for our 3 families. The dining room had a large enough table to accommodate all 10 of us. Beds are comfortable and A/C kept us cool in the high temperatures. Kids loved playing with foosball table and pin pong. The outside fire pit was great for cooking s’mores. Conway attractions are 15 min away. A couple of waterfalls and the scenic cathedral ledge are nearby. We had a great vacation. Highly recommend this property!

Fantastic House

We go to North Conway every year for our weekend vacation in the summer. The pictures make the house look small but in reality it is hugh and exactly what it looks like excellent, clean, beautiful and definitely worth the money. I would suggest taking the keys with you and keeping them on you because i could unlock the house with the garage door code. It might have issues i dont know. There is a 2 car garage. Everything worked and there are extra sheets and blankets of you need them. Other than the garage door code we had no issues and we absolutely loved this place!!!! We had 8 people in our group. We really liked this place. Plenty of room just all around a beautiful excellent place to stay.

Lovely home near Echo Lake

We just wrapped up a great week at Jackie’s home. Our group was my family and my sister’s family (4 adults, 3 kids. 1 infant) and the house is set up so well for multiple families and ages. The owner is very responsive and the house is immaculate. The house is in a very nice, safe neighborhood, albeit a bit of a drive into town or to the grocery store. A major location plus was the short distance to Echo Lake which was ideal for our kids. We also did a day hike right from Echo Lake up through White Horse Ledge so the location was perfect for that. 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms made life a lot easier for 8 people! Kitchen is renovated and very pretty and well-stocked. The recycling rules are a bit intense but it is a minor thing and you get used to it. The only issue we had is the recycling truck did not take any of the plastic bottles or cardboard so we had our week plus the people who were there prior to us in a big pile in the garage. Not the home owner’s fault but hopefully the recycling issue can be resolved. All in all, we had a wonderful stay and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The house was perfect for our extended family. Everyone had their own space. We had everything we needed. The sun room was everyone's favorite It became our home away from home for the week. It was near everything. Not far from town, supermarket, activities, and ice cream. We loved it and had a great time.

Great location close to North Conway attractions

For our annual trip to NH with the grandkids we chose this property that fit our needs. Our family has grown over the 13 years we having been coming to NH for Santa’s Village and Storyland. We need five bedrooms and love when the grownups have queen beds and not bunk twins! So kids and adults happy with their rooms. Host Jackie great communication. Everything you need is here.

Perfect place for large family

House was perfect for us. We had three groups of extended family and each group had their own floor/bedroom/bathroom. House was well-equipped and had everything we needed. We weren’t in town for vacation so we didn’t go to any area attractions but everything was easily accessible from this location by car.

We previously owned a Bed and Breakfast in the White Mountains. My husband and I are retired teachers and have been in the hospitality business for 20 years.

Why they chose this property

The North Conway area is very appealing both for its beauty and for offering an active life style. We bought this beautiful house as a home to retire in but planned to rent it as a vacation home until then. Then we sold our B and B and now live in North Conway part of the year, in Maine part of the year and Florida for two months.

What makes this property unique

There are so many wonderful restaurants in the area many providing nightly entertainment. North Conway is know for its outlet shopping as well as the village boutiques. The biggest attractions are its outdoor activities, hiking, kayaking, biking, skiing and many others.
