Great property for Girls weekend

The location is great, just a couple blocks from Downtown. The house had everything we needed. Despite the 27" of snow we got it was a great 2 days. Special shout on to the Gentleman in charge of cleaning the driveway. He was out at least 4x clearing a path.

This is hands down the best rental we have stayed in! So clean, like walking into a hotel. Except with WAY more character, tons of amenities, and the best back yard around. So much work has gone into the details. Kerri is amazing and so responsive to whatever you need. We will be returning for sure!

Lovely vacation home for families!

This was the second year in a row we were able to book this beautiful home! Plenty of room for my husband and myself, our children and my parents who came to stay for part of our trip. Lovely fenced in back yard with plenty of space for the kids to play while we BBQd on the deck. House is well furnished, beds are comfortable, plenty of games, tvs with gaming systems and space for all! House is just a few blocks from the downtown area shops, restaurants and train station. Looking forward to staying there again!

Location is everything

Great location, very close to downtown area. House was in a little rougher shape than pics make it appear. I wish we could have ckd in earier in the day or have had the AC turned on as it was. unseasonably warm that day. House was 90’ when we got there. Took quite a while to cool off.

Perfect place to escape in the middle of town

Our vacation up to North Conway was wonderful using this property as our home base. Our 2 and 4 year old loved being able to walk to town (2-3 minutes walking) and play on the playground right in the middle of town. All of the local shops downtown were easy to access without needing to deal with the crazy parking situation. We took a short trip to the greenway just south and another trip to Cathedral Ridge for a more rigorous hike. The property had a great fenced in back yard for the kiddos and dog to play when we didn't feel like going anywhere. Plenty of seating at the dinner table allowed us to cook our own meals and seat all 8 adults down to a big friends and family dinner!

Great spot for families and a great location

This property is the perfect location if you are looking for walkable to downtown North Conway. We had our family here with 3 little kids and it was very accessible to places like the train, playground, etc. The backyard is amazing - much larger than in pictures! I was surprised that they asked us to do laundry to help change over the place - that was new to me (and I thought that was what the cleaning fee covered). The bunk bed room is not as it is pictured. The beds are not as nice as the wooden ones that are depicted. The rooms are also all connected upstairs, which is fine because you can close the doors in between but we didn't realize that until we got there. Overall, great little spot for families. Would definitely come back!

Some furniture needs attention. Couch is horrible and a chair fell apart

The couch was horrible. Not comfort for us to relax and watch movies. Either get a new one or put a mattress back in the pull out bed. And the diningroom chairs are loose. A leg came off and my friend fell. Other then that we had fun

If location is important this is the house for you

This property is in a great location walking distance to the downtown area. Backyard is also huge unfortunately the weather was rainy so we couldn’t use it the first few days. The cable didn’t work for the duration of the trip however property manager was responsive and did send someone to try to fix it. However even after that attempt no cable for the trip. The dishwasher was also a bit finicky and we had to run the cycle 3 times to get clean dishes. House is old and could use some TLC like the window sills being very dirty. The bunk beds shown in the listing are not the ones actually at the house. Rather than sturdy wood beds they were metal. The back stairs are very steep to get to the bedrooms could be an issue with small children or older adults. Having trash disposal on the property was very convenient.

We enjoyed the house and it was in a perfect location. A very short walk to downtown with restaurants and stores. Our host was always available for any questions we may have which was very helpful. I would stay here again.

Reunion with friends

It was a wonderful time with friends. The house is in great location close to shops and restaurants and the skie slopes Owner was very helpful and responded promptly to all my questions. The house is large enough for family gatherings and very clean throughout. Definitely would stay there again

Disappointing

Furniture was old. No one wanted to sit on the couch very nasty. Mattress were old and saggy. Outside wasn’t clean. The pictures must of been taken 10 years ago. Would like a refund. First time Vrbo has let us down. This property should be a two star!!

Family Weekend

Our family had a great time in North Conway. I do wish the stairs were a little more manageable and the bathrooms bigger but otherwise all was great. The backyard is wonderful.
