Our 4 bedroom, 2 bath, Sun filled New Englander style Farmhouse boasts all the amenities you could possibly need. Exceptionally clean and spacious with all new appliances/furniture, freshly painted exterior within 2 blocks to downtown on a quaint "Norman Rockwell-ish" residential side street will draw you to visit year after year. The bright kitchen leads to a laundry room and full bathroom as well as the 1st floor bedroom/den. Our spacious sun filled master bedroom with walk in closet, king size bed, along with wide pine flooring and two additional bedrooms on the 2nd floor includes a full bathroom, music room/office/den.
Living room features a wood stove that's perfect for entertaining with private deck leading to oversized fenced in yard with a fire pit, and a outside hot tub. Screened in farmers porch that's perfect to store your skis during the winter season or golf clubs during the warmer months with plenty of off street parking. Games, movies, netflix, books, and free wifi makes this "has it all" home a wonderful and affordable getaway within steps to fantastic restaurants, shopping, ski resorts and much more. We loved the house and the location. We enjoyed using the fire pit both nights. Would definitely go back there. It us decorated really cute. The beds were not real comfortable and the house not super clean but still had a good time and would go back.

Great place, great location!

Our family, including adults, very young kids, and one young dog, really enjoyed our week here. Beautiful Home Amazing Location!

This home was so wonderful for my family! Clean, comfortable, and you cannot beat the location! Cute decor met with all the modern amenities! The backyard was perfect with plenty of space to play, fire pit for s'mores, and a hot tub!! Quick walk to downtown North Conway, playground, restaurants and Zeb's! We had an absolute blast!! Also, the Hosts were very kind and super responsive!

Loved our stay here! It was walking distance to so many good spots (food, shopping, hiking). Lots of comfortable beds, and plenty of space for us to have our two little ones (2.5 years old and 2 months old) along. My only complaint is that we didn’t stay longer!

Trip to North Conway

We had a great stay in this home. We were a close walk to town and a ten minute drive to Storyland, hiking and swimming spots. We also enjoyed the hot tub in the yard! The neighborhood was quiet and the house had everything we needed during our stay as well as plenty of space for sleeping for my four children. All the rooms had AC units which helped since it was a hot week! We’d definitely recommend this home to other families.

Charming house, perfect location

We loved our stay here! The house is lovely and comfortable, with a very well-appointed kitchen if you feel like cooking... but with lots of good restaurants a short walk away, we didn't do very much of that! Also appreciate very much that the owners were very quick to respond to questions.

My business partner Anna Makos and I purchased this property as we both love the Mount Washington Valley area and feel North Conway Village is where we wanted to start. I have been a property owner with my own home and 5 other rentals since 2001. Anna has owned several homes over the years and this is her first 2nd home/vacation rental.

We chose this property for it's approximate location to the downtown village area and felt the charm the house already has and what we could do over time to improve it would make a great home away from home for our renters. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
