With all due respect, we rent to families and mature adult groups. This is NOT a "Party House." We like to communicate with our guests as part of the booking process. Thank you!

What sets this apart from many rentals is that it is a beautiful, secluded mountain home, self-built by my father, a Master Craftsman and woodworker. 12-acre property with/ 2 acres of lawns and flower gardens surrounding the house, and stunning mountain views. Year-round Jacuzzi, hardwood floors & custom woodwork throughout. Large Living room & Library with full wall granite fireplace, picture windows viewing Cathedral Ledge & Moat Mt. Range, five HD flat-screen TVs, all Roku equipped, Broadband Wi-Fi, 275 sq. ft. deck & separate screened 3 season porch, Charcoal grill (Memorial Day through Columbus Day). Hiking & Nordic skiing trails on our 16-acre family conservation easement are accessible directly from the property w/o driving. Home includes first-floor bedroom w/ ADA compliant exterior entrance ramp & customized bathroom & shower. Very family friendly; full-size crib, pack-n-play, high chairs, games & puzzles for all ages. Note: There is a security camera on the driveway as we are set back from the road and nicely secluded, but unfortunately, our online calendar tells the world when the house is vulnerable! We have an annual golf weekend for 8 friends and the house had plenty of rooms/beds to accommodate. We have some early risers in the group, the location of kitchen/dining area is far enough from all the bedrooms that allowed all the later risers to get some extra sleep without hearing us. Neill was as excellent host... always repsponed very quickly with any questions we had.

The location of this house was perfect for our trip and the house itself had plenty of space for our group, which included 7 children. Everyone had so much fun - we spent a lot of time outside with the beautiful backdrop and snow.

Neill was very quick to answer all of my questions. The house was very comfortable for my group of 7. The kitchen was fully stocked with all things needed in the kitchen. We were there during an overnight snow storm and happy to see the driveway plowed and the walkways cleared of snow in the morning.

The home was immaculate, well stocked kitchen, and nice grounds. You can tell as soon as you walk in that the owners love the home and take great pride in it. The hot tub is well maintained and got a lot of use! We would stay here again.

Peaceful location minutes from North Conway. 5 minutes from Cranmore Mountain Adventure Park, 10 minutes to Storyland & Outlet Shopping, 15 minutes to Attitash Alpine Slide, Echo Lake State Park & Saco River. Only 2 miles from golfing at the North Conway Country Club. Best of both worlds - minutes from town via back road access avoiding traffic, but quite, very private setting with woodland views on all four sides of house.
