The Space:
BED & BATH

The Master bedroom has a King size bed, nightstands, dresser, smart flat screen TV with cable access, sliding glass doors that open to the private balcony and its own en-suite bathroom.

The 2nd bedroom has a King size bed, flat screen TV with cable access and access to the adjoining bathroom. The 3rd bedroom has two twin size beds, dresser, two nightstands, flat screen TV with cable access and a en-suite bathroom.

LIVING AREA

The living room has a sofa, love seat, coffee table, two end tables, entertainment center with a smart flat screen TV with cable access and sliding glass doors that open up to the private balcony. The living room is open to the dining area. We also have a FULL SIZE stackable Washer & Dryer in the unit for your convenience. This unit has plenty of storage where you can store your beach chairs, & other household items.


KITCHEN & DINING

Our fully-equipped kitchen is equipped with everything you need to create delicious meals. The kitchen has plenty of cabinet space with a breakfast bar & opens up to the dining and living area with tons of light. It makes it easy to enjoy being near the beach without having to leave for dinner.

When it's time to dine, enjoy our new dining table and added breakfast bar with seating that will accommodate up to 6 guests. It is the perfect place to let the stress drift far away. Maybe you want some of the great local food, well lucky for you, it is very close. You can be to some great restaurants in a very short time.


BALCONY

Sip and relax with your morning coffee or end the day with your favorite evening drink on your private balcony, complete with seating


LINENS & COMPLIMENTARY TOILETRIES INCLUDED:

Linen for all the beds, towels, washcloths, a kitchen dish towel & rag set as well as STARTER shampoo, conditioner, lotion, soaps, trash bags, toilet paper and paper towels.

RESORT FEATURES INCLUDE an enclosed, all-weather pool. Sea Marsh II has resort-wide free Wireless Internet for convenient connections. You'll be just a short drive from shopping, restaurants, golf and more. Consider a seaside winter this year. Several condos offer very affordable off-season monthly rates. Motorcycles are not permitted.

- Barefoot Landing (8.9 miles), Duplin Winery (8.5 miles), Cherry Grove Fishing Pier (1.8 miles), Broadway at the Beach (22.3 miles), Myrtle Waves Water Park (23.5 miles), Coastal Grand Mall (24.7 miles), Market Commons (32.2 miles), Family Kingdom Amusement Park (25.6 miles), and other coastal attractions.

******* Please note that sometimes the pools and other amenities could be closed for repair and maintenance, especially in off-season months. If the house/condo happens to be in a resort, they try to use these off-season times to do yearly updates. We can't control this dates and times and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Guest Access:
- Full Access to the Condo & Pool

- Keypad Entry for self check-in.

- All check-in instructions are automatically be sent out via our system software on the day of arrival approximately around 1:00pm. Please make sure your check-in form is filled out at the time of booking, as this is how the system knows to send out your check-in instructions.

The Neighborhood:
The beachfront accommodations at the attractively landscaped, ten-story SEA MARSH II are always popular choices for families and friends. The north end location provides a bit more natural privacy and spectacular views of the Cherry Grove Inlet, the Atlantic Ocean, and scenic Waites Island. Fishing and crabbing in the inlet are just steps away.

Cancellations: Please see the cancellation policy for refund information. **NOTE: THERE ARE NO FULL REFUNDS UNLESS THERE IS A MANDATORY EVACUATION ISSUED BY ORDER OF THE GOVERNOR OF THE STATE OF SOUTH CAROLINA.**
We highly recommend guest(s) to purchase travel insurance for all of those unexpected things that can come up.

- NO Smoking: ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING allowed inside the home of any type, this includes Cigarettes, E-Cigarettes, Vaping, Marijuana, etc.

- NO Pets: ABSOLUTELY NO PETS are allowed in the home this is an HOA regulation and is strictly enforced.

- Events/Large groups: ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES or you will be removed from the property- with ZERO refunds!!!!!! No more than 6 guests are to occupy the unit each night. Large parties or loud noise that causes a disruption to the resort and their guests will not only constitute a full charge of the security deposit, but will result in the police being called to REMOVE you from the property immediately upon notification.

PARKING:

- You are allowed two parking spaces for this condo.

- This Resort PROHIBITS pets/motorcycles/RVs/campers/trailers. Please comply! There are hefty fines and you may be asked to leave.

**YOU MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE to rent the home----NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
Please remember this is a PRIVATELY owned home and is not a hotel room. Please treat it as you would your home.

Absolutely NO early check-in unless prior permission was given. We have to have time to prepare the property. This is subject to additional charges if you do check-in early.

Quiet hours are STRICTLY enforced from 9:00pm thru 7:00am. YOU MUST Be respectful of all of the neighbors & The Property Rules!!

Trash and Dishes must be taken care of on departure- An EXTRA charge of $50.00 will be charged to you if they are not taken care of!!

Remember since this is not part of a hotel you will not receive daily maid service... If you would like daily, bi-weekly maid service or towel exchange this can be arranged for an additional fee.
