The view!!

Very nice condo and the view is perfect! The property was as described. I appreciate the cleanliness! Prompt response from the owners. It was a quieter part of the strip which was perfect for my family and I. Great place to unwind and relax.

This condo was wonderful! Great location, views were amazing with sunrise and sunsets. So comfortable and had everything we needed and right on a beautiful beach. Will definitely stay here again and would recommend.

Excellent Condo

This is probably one of the best condos my wife and I have stayed in. It is very well maintained and in great shape, tastefully decorated and very spacious. During our stay, the building/tenants was very quiet. Some key points that I wanted to share 1. The Owners Debbie and Ray communicated very well with us and were very quick to answer any and all questions. 2. The condo was well stocked. I am used to having a starter pack of everything but there was enough provided for the entire stay. Really the only thing I needed was laundry soap, dryer sheets, and coffee. 3. Great location. The condo is in a very quiet area and for this time of year, the beach was practically empty. The view of the sunrise is amazing. You are within 30-45 minutes of nearly everything NMB has to offer. 4. Condition of the condo was better than expected. Furnishings were really nice, cable tv in all rooms, nice outdoor furniture on balcony. You are even provided with a couple of beach chairs. Fully furnished kitchen to include some spices. 5. I will stay here again if I visit NMB, which I am sure I will. I am pretty sure you will not be disappointed.

We like you are all very much aware of the financially challenging times in which we live these last few years and particularly during this recent pandemic. In many cases, those times when we would take two big family trips a year are long gone, so picking that special place and time for that family getaway needs to be really special and worry-free. We remember growing up with that summer vacation with our whole family at the beach was one of the most critical times of the year, making irreplaceable memories for the entire family. Our place at Paradise Pointe is just the type of home our family would look to rent for vacation, and I am sure you will find our site truly special for making those family memories.

Because the times are so financially challenging and the superior places rent quickly between June and August, we make sure we have the most competitive rental rates. We continually check and recheck our competition to ensure we have the lowest price for a 5-star unit. So here is what you need to do to get the lowest price on a beachfront condo. If you want a lower price, do your homework by comparing amenities. Email me the lower price you find and the weblink we will look to beat that rate. Expect to be rewarded for your efforts with a competitive rate than the one you found. If the cost is still outside your budget, consider staying during off-peak times. Myrtle Beach has incredibly warm weather and smaller crowds through October, which makes discounts possible.
