Beautiful Oceanfront Condo in Cherry Grove Beach - 3 Bedroom 3 Bath


Located in the well-appointed Sunrise Pointe building at Cherry Grove Beach, situated on the quiet section of North Myrtle Beach, with a beach front that expands for miles. Laminate floors through out makes it very clean with a rustic feel. The moment you walk into the Unit you will see and smell the Ocean and know that you can relax in the beautiful surroundings of a beach home. Located on the 10th Floor we offer views that will take your breath away. The balcony is fully furnished to enjoy morning coffee or evening drinks. The principle bedroom has a King bed and a spectacular view of the ocean. It directly walks out to the balcony. The ensuite has double sinks and walk in shower. Each Bedroom has a flat screen TV and access to a bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The Kitchen is well equipped to eat in if you enjoy cooking. There are a lot of great eating places in the area if you want the night off. The kitchen has all the appliances you will need.... Keurig, Coffee maker, coffee grinder, toaster oven, slow cooker, toaster, tea kettle, microwave, ice-maker, blender, hand mixer. We offer linens for your stay all you need is your beach towels, chairs and toys...Don't forget a sun umbrella as it can get very hot in the summer. A washer and dryer will allow you to refresh your towels through out your stay. An iron and ironing board is also available. You won't need to pack the hair dryer. The unit has Wi-Fi and cable with Flat screen TV's in each room.

Our building has an ocean-side indoor and outdoor pool, a lazy river and a kiddie pool, exclusive to our guests.

Convenient to shopping, dining and family entertainment. Myrtle Beach has 2 outlet malls. The Golfing is reasonable with numerous courses in close driving distance to the Condo.

There is assigned parking for 2 cars only, on the 2nd floor, next to the north elevator. There are height restrictions of 7 feet to enter garage. Luggage carts are located in the lobby.


Additional information: Please note that the HOA does not allow motorcycles or trailers on the property. North Myrtle Beach has passed a by-law that NO canopies/tents are allowed on the beach from May 15- September 15th only umbrellas with a center poll.

NO PETS ALLOWED.

This is a NON-SMOKING UNIT EVEN ON THE BALCONY. The property of Sunrise Pointe is NON-SMOKING this includes walkways, pool area, balconies. It is a North Myrtle Beach Ordinance. A violation can result in a fine.

Cherry Grove Beach

This condo in Cherry Gove Beach is an excellent location for enjoying the sun, surf and sand in a quieter part of North Mrytle Beach. Condo is in excellent condition with parking by elevator.

Another Great Trip

We had another excellent time at this property (even with the outlying weather from Helene). This place is just a paradise away from the everyday work week and colder weather. Lori is just a pleasure to deal with and she is a great communicator when it comes to anything about the condo. We will certainly be renting again in years to come.

Wonderful week

We were 4 Senior Ladies spending a week at the beach. Loved the condo, so very comfortable and wonderfully furnished. Kitchen is very well equipped which made cooking very easy. Loved the balcony for morning coffee and Happy Hours. An all around great week. Also love the Cherry Grove area.

End of summer get away

This condo is absolutely beautiful. On line pictures don’t do it the justice it deserves. By far the cleanest place I’ve rented in a long time and I was with a neat/clean freak. Beautiful patio to see sunrise and sunset. Will definitely rent here again. And the weather was picture perfect

Best Beach Vacation

This was our best beach vacation. We have stayed here many times and it never disappoints. The condo is immaculate, beds are comfy, outdoor seating provides the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee. This trip we enjoyed cooking rather than going out. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Will be back next year!

Dolphins, shark teeth and a thunder storm

Wonderful condo with great views, had a pods of dolphins swim down the shore on Friday. Our group of six were very comfortable. The only suggestion would be a softer master mattress. Condo was clean and kitchen had all items we needed to cook our meals. The new beach access is much better than the old steps. We found 10 shark teeth while walking the beach !! Can't wait to get back next year

Excellent condo in a perfect location!

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this condo. It’s perfect for my family (me, my husband, two kids aged 8 and 12 and my mom and step dad). We love that it’s in North Myrtle so it’s not as crowded as Myrtle. The condo is clean, and well maintained. We love that it has two assigned parking spots! The walkway to the beach makes beach days easy. My kids loved all of the pools too. We hope to stay there again! Thank you Lori!

Healing vibes 🕊 at the beach

We haven't been to cherry grove in years and were surprised how different it is now. Quiet and serene. It's an oasis of natural beauty while making peaceful memories by and in the ocean waves. This condo is perfect. The details and natural accents made us feel right at home and healed our bodies and our minds. Everything we needed was right there. Lori's immediate response when an elevator went out was also very helpful. The awesome mattress allowed us to rest well and restore ourselves for much needed family time and beach fun. We were able to ride our bikes to the preserve and walk through all the little baby crabs viewing the flowers and inlet beauty. Ideal setting with maximum comforts including a keurig. The view from the balcony was perfect but people do still smoke from other balcony's evern though each unit is clearly marked, no smoking. That's the only thing that kept it from being a week of heaven on earth. Thank you Lori, we will return. 👍 👍. So hard to be back home. Ready to go back already.

Fall Vacation

We saw this unit on VRBO after years of renting from another rental agency. We were so glad that we did. The rental process was easy and Lori was very helpful and was great to communicate with as she got back to us promptly. This unit was very clean, extremely convenient and tastefully decorated and the interior was modern and didn’t feel like a typical condo. The unit had everything we needed and more. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, the dining room table was great for serving meals and playing cards, the view was outstanding being a middle unit. This unit made our vacation that much better and we will definitely be repeat customers in the future.

Why they chose this property

The balcony view is so calming and beautiful. The Cherry Grove area is not as busy as Myrtle Beach. We like to walk to the Pointe by the inlet at low tide. The beach is flat which makes it easy to walk, run or ride bikes!
