Ocean Front, end suite 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo. Full kitchen and dining located one floor above the parking deck. Oceanfront balcony is located off the living room and Master Bedroom for amazing views - sunrise and sunset. Free parking for 2 cars under the covered parking garage. Building amenities include an indoor pool, outdoor pool and a lazy river. There is a full size washer and dryer in the unit.
All linens (sheets and towels) are included as well as beach towels, toiletries in each bath, washing detergent, and kitchen essentials. Two coffee makers - Keurig and a Drip coffee pot. Kitchen is fully stocked with essentials (pots, pans, waffle maker, utensils, dishes, glassware, etc.)

I cannot say enough positive things about the location of this beach condo. The unit itself was super close to the elevator and at the end of the building, which made the balcony get an amazing cross breeze and I imagine also made our stay quieter (aside from minimal noise coming from the street side). I loved how quick and easy it was to get down to the pool or beach. Our location on the beach was also perfect. Cherry Grove did not disappoint in anyway. We will definitely be looking to book here again.

It was a very nice place, I let the owner know but our family take our shoes off when entering a house, our feet were filthy so we started wearing socks. My daughter used the swiffer mop twice but that didn't really help. Also people moving out or indeed to not block the elevators so they can't be used.

Beach Vacation

What a great place for a family vacation. We had 4 teenagers and the bedroom layout was perfect. Loved the pool and sitting on the balcony early morning and afternoon was the highlight of the vacation for me.

Super clean and everything we needed!

I booked this listing for 7 family members. We had an 83 year old and a 10 year old whose birthdays we were celebrating. The bedrooms were laid out perfect for our group and this is the cleanest and best equipped condo I have ever booked! We enjoyed hanging out inside cooking, eating and playing cards as well as sitting on the large balcony in the ocean breeze. The pool and lazy river were a blast! Will definitely book again if I need a unit this size! The host was so nice to answer the many questions I had before and after booking.

Great for our family vacation of 4 adults and 3 kids. Plenty of room for all of us. Great proximity to ocean, restaurants and shops. Gave 4 stars because the internet wasn’t the greatest which made watching tv somewhat frustrating and the dishwasher wouldn’t latch.

I wish you had contacted me - I would gladly have had Soectrum come by and check it. The dishwasher does latch - it just has to be pushed really hard. Again, I would have gladly explained everything to you or even come by myself as I was home and just 30 minutes away!

This vacation was great. The grandkids had a great time at the pool and the beach. The unit was awesome and had everything we needed. Loved the deck and had a great view of the beach and ocean. My family had a great time! We usually always go to Florida but this year, we wanted a change. The condo was so relaxing and had an amazing view. The beach was clean, plenty of options for food and shopping, and we even caught a minor league baseball game while we were there. I would definitely recommend this place!

The views from the balcony are EVERYTHING. Enjoy seeing the sun rise to your left and set to your right. Beautiful Views!! Often there is a pod of dolphins that swim directly in front of the building.
