This oceanfront condominium was just redone. It is on the fifth floor with a magnificent view of the ocean and sunrise from the living room side of the spacious balcony and the master bedroom side. Because it was the model unit it has many upgrades. It is equipped with all appliances, washer & dryer, hair blowers in every one of the 3 bathrooms. There is a TV in the living room and each bedroom.. The three bedrooms are spacious and the master has a king-size bed. The master bathroom has a large Jacuzzi tub, separate shower and double sink counter top. The Cherry Grove section is a quiet area of North Myrtle Beach for a relaxing vacation within minutes of shopping, restaurant row, golf courses and other entertainment. In addition to the beautiful beach area there is an outdoor pool, indoor pool, and lazy river. Wireless internet is included.
The 5F unit also has 2 reserved covered parking spaces, no looking for your car in parking garage. No motorcycles are permitted at Sunrise Pointe.

Beautiful clean condo

We have been staying in North Myrtle Beach for 35+ years and have used a variety of leasing/rental companies. The experience with Vrbo is hands down the best. Your condo was absolutely beautiful and incredibly clean and well cared for. The beach was a little more crowded than we have experienced in the past coming down at this same week in previous years, but it did not deter us in any way from having an awesome time! The elevator was a Godsend! Thank you again!

New favorite condo on the beach

This condo was perfect! We loved everything about it. It was very spacious, very clean, and in a great location. The balcony though!!!!!! This was our first time staying in NMB, we have always stayed in Myrtle Beach. As everyone else has stated, this area is less hectic and has more of a neighborhood vibe. The dryer stopped working one night and I texted Christine. She was in the area and came right over. Her prompt response was much appreciated. We look forward to returning to 5F!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE it here!

The condo was beautiful and clean. We loved the toilet paper roses ( too cute) perfect spot for views. Beach front was clean and not too busy. We will ABSOLUTELY come back!!

The unit was very clean and well maintained. Plenty of space for a family of 5. Everything is a short drive away and the space you have on the beach is great even on a crowded day. Very quiet area and great for families. Would definitely stay here again.

This place was amazing! Our first time using VRBO and it was flawless! The property owner was amazing when it came to answering any questions I had. The check in process was beyond convenient! And the condo was probably the cleanest one we’ve stayed in. I highly recommend this property! You will not be disappointed!

HORRIBLE!!!!!!

Had a great week at the beach, only for it to be spoiled by a nasty phone call on the day of our departure from the owner (Emily) of the condo who accused us of stealing her 4 beach chairs. She was so nasty and would not even let me defend myself or explain. There were only 2 beach chairs when we arrived (one of which was broken and couldn’t be used). I tried to politely talk to her about the situation, and she wouldn’t hear anything I had to say. Called me a liar and a theif, hung up on me twice,and wouldn’t even speak to me the 3rd time I called. She also said our 3rd vehicle was illegally parked (we had 2 reserved parking spots in the parking garage) and said she texted us and instructed us to park the 3rd car at the Walmart several miles down the road. She did not. We were told to use the empty parking spot beside ours and check with maintenance the next day. We had no issues with maintenance or parking during our stay. Not to mention the condo was DISGUSTING and not cleaned at all upon our arrival! She had left us a note saying her vacuum broke and she would be back to finish cleaning. She never showed. Our condo was covered in dog hair. The baby couldn’t even crawl in the floor without getting hair all over him and in his mouth. The couch was also VISIBLY covered in white dog hair. The bathrooms smelled like sewer and there was hair all in the tub when we arrived.. I do not recommend renting from Emily Jerich at Sunrise Pointe in North Myrtle Beach.

Beautiful condo

Great location with beautiful ocean front views. Condo was well furnished and maintained. Enjoyed mornings on the balcony drinking coffee and watching the waves roll in.

Perfect for family gathering!

My husband and I and my sister traveled from Rochester NY to visit our brother who lives in Little River. With the 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, our brother was able to stay with us for the entire week. The condo was perfect! Clean and very comfortable with a great view! We loved the bonus of a great balcony! Getting ready to book again for next year!

Beach Vacation

Thanks Emily for a great place to stay! The condo was very clean and well maintained. The layout was perfect for our family. We really enjoyed the balcony which was very spacious and has amazing views! The Cherry Grove location is very peaceful and quiet, but just a short drive to shopping and restaurants. We went to main Myrtle Beach one day (about a 30 minute drive) for the boardwalk too. Emily was quick to respond prior to our stay, and Christine was helpful with questions during the stay. We would definitely stay here again the next time we travel to Myrtle Beach!

Just Like Home, But Better!

Place was immaculate and felt like home! Three bedrooms, each with a private bath, made it perfect for a family vacation with our adult children and significant others. Great size balcony for watching the waves at this oceanfront condo. Easy beach access, and swimming pools to enjoy as well. Great hosts! Hope to return in the future!

Our family are the original owners of this relaxing beach front condo. We have spent many great family vacations here and hope you enjoy our home away from home as much as we have.

We come from a small Western Pennsylvania town called Springdale. We have always had a love of the beach and giving back to the community. The whole family has been involved with Make-A-Wish foundation for over 25 years and have been involved in over 220 wishes.

Both men and women in our family have been volunteer firefighters for over 30 years. Emily is the oldest active firefighter in her department. Stan and Emily are also ambassadors for the flight 93 crash site.



Why they chose this property

This condo is decorated and maintained as our home away from home unlike most cookie cutter rentals. It is located in the award winning Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach and is a quiet family oriented section but just a short distance to all the activities, restaurants and attractions.
