The dining area is equipped with a dining table for 6 and 3 additional seats at the bar. The fully equipped kitchen has pots, pans, dishes, and utensils for preparing your favorite vacation dish. There is a washer/dryer, free WiFi, and free parking (2 parking passes).

North Myrtle Beach vacation rental, Paradise Pointe, is a fabulous property that includes a flowing lazy river, indoor pool and outdoor pool as well as a kiddie pool. The pool deck has plenty of space for lounging. This is a non-smoking condo and a non-smoking property (including tobacco and smokeless devices). You can not smoke on the balconies. This property does not allow motorcycles or pets. Families only. No student groups. The minimum age requirement is 25 to make a reservation. You must be at least 25 to check-in.

The building has garage parking with a vehicle height limit of 7 ft., which will not accommodate oversized vehicles or vehicles with rooftop or rear cargo and luggage racks. Seaside Vacations has an overflow parking lot if necessary, at no cost.
