Relax, unwind & enjoy this incredible 12th floor home away from home at Laguna Keyes in Cherry Grove Beach. Beautiful panoramic views can be seen from the living area, master bedroom and private balcony. The open and bright floor plan offers nearly 1,250 square feet of luxurious living.

The detail and attention that has been put into this unit is apparent throughout. Newly renovated with designer/quality furnishings, a fabulous location, and resort amenities...this one is an incredible find!

An on-site complimentary fitness center with ocean views, outdoor pool, indoor pool, hot tubs, kiddie pools & lazy river are all part of the amenities found at Laguna Keyes. The oceanside pool deck offers the outdoor pool and kiddie pool - with the indoor pool also located on the ground level. The 6th floor features two outdoor hot tubs, kiddie pool & a small lazy river. (Please understand all building amenities are unable to be controlled by unit owners & vary per season/required maintenance).

The master bedroom offers a panoramic view from the ocean to the marsh, access through sliding doors to the balcony & en-suite bathroom. This bright, beautiful bedroom has a king bed, two night stands & chest of drawers. A large closet, ceiling fan with remote control, luxurious cotton sheets, bright bedding by Lilly Pulitzer and a wall-mounted, flat screen 42" Samsung television with Spectrum Cable TV, a DVD player and Roku for your favorite streaming services round out this restful retreat.

The second bedroom is highlighted by an incredible view of the Cherry Grove marsh, queen size bed decorated in Pottery Barn bedding, luxurious cotton sheets & en-suite bathroom. This bedroom also offers a twin-sized daybed with pull-out twin-sized trundle bed for the tots if needed! A large closet with a built-in organizing system, ceiling fan with remote control & a 42" wall-mounted Samsung television with both Spectrum Cable & Roku for your favorite streaming services is also featured in this bedroom. It was put together as a perfect fit for your favorite traveling companions...whether that be your children, teens or adults!

* Please note we rent to responsible individuals, families & couples only...over the age of 25. Absolutely no pets, or smoking/vaping of any kind is allowed inside this unit or on the balcony. Additionally, the entire Laguna Keyes property is designated non-smoking and does not allow boats, motorcycles, golf carts or trailers.

We loved this condo. The views were beautiful, particularly of the sunset. Furniture and beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. The condo is such a peaceful haven which is exactly what we all needed. The view from the balcony was so beautiful and relaxing. It gets the afternoon sun so it was perfect for a leisure breakfast before the best walk on the beach. There were others up and about but everyone is so quiet and respectful on this end of the beach! We enjoyed having chairs available to sit out there and just soak in the sun and views. Tracy was incredibly responsive and everything felt safe knowing you had to have a code to get into any part of the building. The condo was immaculate and very well supplied. From beach towels to hand soap and an easy transport of items to the beach. We will be back as often as Tracy and our wallet will allow. We saw the pools which were clean and tidy but did not use them. We really enjoy the beach!

Perfect Getaway in the Perfect Condo

When I say this condo is perfect in every way, I am not exaggerating. It was so cute, updated, extremely clean, had everything you needed, and was right on the beach.
