Our beautiful home (SLEEPS 6)and is located at WATER POINT 1, it is a 3 Bed rm with 2 full baths. The large 16' balcony has a direct ocean front view. Our home has been completely remodeled with a new kitchen and appliances. It includes full size washer & dryer and brand new hickory cabinets with new counter tops, also a wine and bar area, fire place, flat screen TVS,
1. The master bedroom has a King size bed, with balcony to the beach, flat screen TV and privet bath.
2. Queen size bed is the 2nd guest room with a Flat screen TV.
3. Bunk beds with a trundle in the 3rd bedroom and a Flat screen TV.
The condo sleeps 6 comfortably, it is tastefully decorated with all brand new furniture. Amenities include free high speed internet, free parking, indoor pool, outdoor pool and a hot tub. This unit is located one block from Barefoot Landing, Alabama Playhouse, House of Blues, and multiple restaurants.
* The condo association does not allow motorcycles , trailers, pets or (TENTS) on the beach sorry for any inconvenience.

Perfect for families

Waterpointe 1 is an overall great family location. Wayne was super responsive and communicative! The condo is very clean and updated. He stays on site at another condo so if you need anything he is right there. The indoor and outdoor pool are great options for littles when the beach becomes too much. So much to do and right across from Barefoot Landing you really can’t beat the location. Overall a great experience and cannot wait to come back! Thank you Wayne and family for accommodating us!

Family Vacation

Great views and location. The condo is nice and cozy especially for a family vacation. The beach isn’t overly crowded and the pools give nice alternatives for all ages. We will definitely be coming back again next year!

You probably can't find better for your buck for the space you get at Waynes place. Love the lights in the fireplace it was a nice touch. I would stay here again its in a nice location and the walls aren't thin. Peaceful way to beach.

A Great Spot to Get Away

The place is more like a home than a hotel!

The place was very nice with lots of amenities. Things like extra hangers and sissies are such a nice touch. The people in the building were very nice! The rooms were good size and very clean. The view is perfect!

50th Birthday Trip

This is the third time of staying in one of Wayne's condo's and it was just as excellent as both of the other stays. When we first walked in it was instant relaxation. The condo is beautiful and has everything that we needed to enjoy our stay. Thank you, as always, Wayne for allowing us to share your beautiful home. This was by far my best birthday ever!

Newly renovated and felt very clean! Great amenities and more! We WILL reserve this condo again!

Owner was very personable and that was felt via email! Wayne was very accommodating and responded almost immediately to our emails. All bedrooms had their own fans, hampers, towels (folded in a cute design you’d find in luxurious hotels). We are hotel snobs and need cleanliness...for condos on the beach, it totally met our standards.

Older condo but fully functional

Pros: location, beautiful views. Very short walk to beach. Condo building well maintained, elevators good. Shopping carts very helpful for hauling luggage. Rock painting on Friday (free) fun for kids. Cons: older property. Upholstered furniture needed a good cleaning. Bring kitchen tools and frying pan as they are limited.

Location is AMAZING!

Overall we had a great stay at this condo. The owner is very responsive to any questions and gets back to you quickly. Pros: location (beach not overly crowded, just across the street from Barefoot Landing…where there is something for everyone to do and lots of restaurants/shops, close to other restaurants, stores, attractions, yet out of the hustle/bustle of Myrtle Beach. Cons: I wish the kitchen was a little better stocked (lots of empty cabinets). There were no containers with lids of any sort (this made it difficult to cut up fruit and veggies for the week and store them for lunches…take baggies with you), no dish soap (we bought some and left it behind for the next guest), no salt and pepper, no whisk, no pizza cutter. These were minor inconveniences and wouldn’t deter me from staying again…just simple suggestions. Also, the outdoor pool at the condo isn’t too big and not much space to sit around the pool at all…thankfully the weather was beautiful every day we were there and we went to the beach!

Great condo in perfect location!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful condo. Everything was clean and looked exactly like the pictures online. I enjoyed sitting on the large balcony people-watching, and the kids loved having their own room with a TV to unwind after spending the day on the beach. There was plenty of room for our family of 5, as well as my in-laws. The building (Water Pointe I) was perfectly located, as we found it very convenient to all the restaurants, shops, and entertainment. (Nacho Hippo and the Pirate's Voyage Dinner Show were two of our favorites.) Although the parking lot was very small, there was additional parking right across the street that we never had an issue using. We also liked using the indoor or outdoor pool when we wanted a break from the beach. The owner, Wayne, was a real lifesaver! The condo we had originally booked called us on our drive down (we were only 3 hours away) and said their maid service had discovered a situation with the condo that was out of their control, and it was no longer available to stay in for the week. I immediately got on HomeAway to reserve something else. Out of all the urgent requests I submitted, Wayne was the ONLY one to respond before late that evening. His response was almost immediate, and we were easily squared away before ever arriving at the beach early that afternoon. He was a breeze to work with and kept in contact with us to make sure everything met our expectations. Thanks, Wayne! We would definitely recommend you, and one of your condos, to anyone wanting to have a great stay while visiting North Myrtle Beach.

Quiet Getaway

Property was accessible with carts and elevators to get our luggage, groceries, etc. into the unit. Facilities and guest pools & jacuzzi were well maintained. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. Couldn't figure out how to use the tv/cable in the bedrooms but had not problems with the one in the living area and our daughter was the only one making use of this. Enjoyed the quiet and view of the ocean from the porch. We all had a restful and relaxing time. Thanks
