Lovely condo on the beach

We enjoyed our stay at the condo immensely. The layout of the condo was perfect and gave both couples the privacy they needed and plenty of room for everything. The swimming pool was heated nicely and of course the beach was magnificent. Great place hope to return. Also lots of great restaurants

The property was as represented in the pictures. The appliances were impeccable. The beach equipment was adequate. I would vacation here again. The location is absolutely perfect. The pool is well maintained and the beach is wonderful.

Best Balcony on the Beach!

As a nature lover, I really enjoyed this oceanfront balcony alongside several lush palm trees above perfectly vegetated dunes with a short distance to the water. We have stayed at many oceanfront condos over the years, and this one is my favorite. The beach was never too crowded and the Indian Rocks area is gorgeous and well kept. There are many great restaurants within a few miles and even within walking distance. This condo was very clean and had all the amenities we needed for the week. I highly recommend a stay at this condo!

If the condo could have only controlled the temperature of the weather it would have been great. There are a number restaurants close by and the beach was great for walking. The condo was clean and ready when we got there. We liked the fact that you did not have to worry about keys when locking up.

An amazing time!!

My family and I had such an amazing time the waves were perfect even for my little guys to play in the ocean. And the home was so nice, and clean, and very roomy. My older two loved hanging out on the balcony in the evenings reading and my younger two had fun (when we weren't at the beach or pool) hanging out on the balcony playing with their toys. It was definitely an amazing trip and I can't say enough how great this place was.

Indian Rocks Beach

This property provided just what we needed...rest and relaxation. You can’t beat the balcony and the privacy that comes with this property. The balcony has large doors from the master bedroom, and the living room with spectacular views of the ocean. It is over the grassy section of the property rather than the pool, giving it more quietness and privacy. The beds were very comfortable, along with the bedding. The washer and dryer are a new unit and worked well. The kitchen cabinets are newer with a nice stone countertop and newer sink. A few minor things could stand to be updated, such as the master shower head (which is often the case with properties right on the ocean-due to corrosion), but it worked well, and is a nice warm and roomy shower. The towels are showing some wear, and the beach chairs are getting some wear on them. It would also be nice to have two loungers on the patio rather than just one. But those things would not deter me from staying here again. The owner was very responsive to any questions I had. The check in and out was super easy. It was a wonderful place to stay. We hope to come back again.

Lovely Condo on the Beach

I come to Indian Rocks Beach every year the end of April. It is my favorite beach in this part of Fl. The unit is very comfortable, nicely decorated and of course being beachfront the view was spectacular. There are only a few negative items to mention here. When we settled in we found that there was a load of wet sheets in the dryer, having to dry and fold. And at the end of our stay we had to start two loads of laundry to assist in preparation for the next vacationers. This is something I have not ever had to do during a stay, especially since to me this is the job of the cleaning people for which we pay the cleaning fee. Also, while there were beach towels, they were only 3 and they were small and tired. The beach umbrella in the unit was broken, so we ordered one to be delivered. There were 3 beach chairs. One was newer, while the other two were also tired and heavy to carry, but did the job. The cookware was mediocre, but standard and adequate for most unit rentals, and this vacation we didn't do much cooking. The only thing we missed was plastic cups with lids to take to the beach. So, we bought two and left them there. All in all we enjoyed our stay in Unit #201!

We came for the oceanfront balcony which did not disappoint!!!! Spent all our time down on the beach or on that balcony!!!! Except when we were visiting the great nearby restaurants..Haha

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our week at the Hamilton House condo. We celebrated our 30th anniversary while there and it couldn’t have been better. The communication with Sam was great, the unit was cozy and very clean, and the proximity (just steps) to the beach was perfect. Although we didn’t spend a lot of time in the unit during the week due to exploring the area and enjoying the beach, we loved watching the sunsets on the balcony. This place was perfect for the two of us and we will be back.

Ideal vacation condo and area

Our host, Sam Kabbash was extremely helpful and kind. The Condo was clean and the beds comfortable, and stocked very well with everything you needed to cook, eat and keep area clean. The view from balcony was absolutely amazing. Weather was great. There were some outstanding places to eat-CoCos, Keagans and TJ Italians were our favorite. All in all a wonderful vacation. Thanks to Sam so much.

This condo has the perfect location on Indian Rocks Beach. We especially enjoyed the balcony no matter the weather. The condo is very comfortable and nicely decorated. It is close to many restaurants and bars. The area is great for walking. The best part is being right on the beach. Loved our two weeks here.

Great location

Easy access with codes and directions. Parking is close to stairwell that opens across from condo door. Nice bath and beach towels. Love having a Keurig. Close walk to some restaurants. Comfy king sheets but mattress is worn. New kitchen appliances. Thermostat has locked settings. Nice balcony on corner by palm tree.

Perfect location and view from large balcony. Unit has updated kitchen but baths and furnishings are old and unkept. Towels stained and extremely rough - we’ll bring our own next time. Pillows stained, bath not clean and kitchen dishes dirty. We had to wash and clean when we arrived, we sent host pictures and he agreed unacceptable but we received no resolve. Once we cleaned and got over the cleanliness issues and put soiled stuff aside, we had a great stay. Highly suggest soiled pillows, linens and towels be tossed.
