Tennessee Mountains

The place had the peace and quietness we were looking for. We sat on the balcony overlooking the mountains while listening to birds chirping and frogs croaking, sipping our morning coffee. The cabin itself was equipped with everything we needed and decorated with high end appliances and furniture. The bed was comfy and all was clean. The owners were quick to respond to all of our needs and provided us with a list of available areas to explore and places for basic needs. Only thing I’d change is having more time there.

Eagle Ridge rocks!

We had an awesome 2 night weekend stay at eagle ridge with our family of 5. Property is new and although it looks small when driving up to it, felt very comfortable and well laid out inside. Maybe it was the spectacular view out the kitchen windows or from the back deck but regardless the house was a great space for our party of 5 (adults). Kitchen is well stocked with utensils and appliances - we never had to think “I should have brought this or that”. Did I mention the view? Well I could have sat on the back porch all day listening to the quiet and soaking up the amazing million dollar view. Can maybe see one or two houses looking out across the expanse - just remarkable. Not like the more commercialized areas stuffed full of cabins. Location is remote with great spacing between neighbors. We were even able to see fireworks in the distance while enjoying the fire pit and some s’mores - added bonus! Grill worked great and WiFi was excellent considering cell reception in the area can be spotty sometimes. Overall this is a really really great place - just go!!
