Our stay was wonderful! Towels and sheets could be updated but our overall stay was amazing! The place was clean and had everything we needed. Host was helpful and quick to respond with questions. The house was seriously so cute and the view was breathtaking wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely be back!
We had an amazing time at Misty Ridge Cabin. We were able to stay close to our children who are building in Sunbright TN. Chris and Misti are great communicators We will come visit again. A place with great views and the comforts of home. Chris and Misti are great commi
We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. The mountain views were amazing. We went hiking with the dogs at a local trail that the owner's suggested. I would recommend staying in this gorgeous home.
If you are looking to get away from busy life, or looking for somewhere to stay close to the trails, we highly recommend booking this place! Communication was great and prompt, it had everything we needed, very clean, and the view did not disappoint! Will be the place we book when we come down from now on!
Misty Ridge is a wonderful home with a beautiful view of the mountains. Everything is as pictured in the listing. The home is very clean. A nice driveway and easy to unpack your things. It has the basics you need to cook inside and grill. The firepit looks great but it was too windy when we stayed. We sat on the huge deck for hours just enjoying the sounds of nature and the views. The beds and the furniture were comfortable. I would love to come back! As others mention, it is off the beaten path but that is exactly what my hubby and I love. I highly recommend staying here!!
The house was exactly as listed. It was clean and provided everything we needed. It was close to the Brimstone trails so we could ride directly there which was a plus. We are ready to book another trip just so we can stay there again.
We spent a long weekend at Misty Ridge. The house was clean and updated. We explored the area and took hikes in Big South Fork National River and Recreation area. Our favorite was the Gentlemen’s Swimming Hole with the loop trail. We were at Misty Ridge for two spectacular sunsets. We enjoyed a fire in the fire ring one evening. We would and may go back again. Thanks for a wonderful time in Robbins.
Property was as described and then some!! Breathtaking sunsets! Well stocked and Chris and Misty were very quick to answer any questions we had. Will definitely be returning
My family loved this property. There were so many fun places to explore outdoors. It was quiet with amazing views. The surrounding area was bucolic, with goats, dogs, and other animal grazing in serene pastures. The campfire was especially nice on the cool spring evenings. The home itself was clean and well decorated, with plenty of seating. The property was also better stocked with necessary items than most others. We will definitely return!
We came to ride Brimstone, trailhead 100 short ride from house, house is in a great location, amazing views from porches, inside is very nice, you will love it!!!!!!
This property is so cute! The layout of the house was perfect for our stay and the location as well. We rode our UTV at Brimstone. Highly recommend traveling to trail 10 to access the trails, as 99 was very overgrown and not used frequently. The only thing we would have liked better was a king bed in the master and more comfortable beds, they are very firm. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cookware, and etc. The back deck is very relaxing and the area is quiet. We would definitely stay here again!
My wife, our puppy (Brody) and I stopped here for 2 nights on our way to Tennessee. The Cabin and property are absolutely amazing. The Cabin was originally built in 1750 and has been totally restored to its original state (even time period appropriate furnishings) with a modern kitchen and bathroom. We really enjoyed sitting in the rocking chairs on the front porch and walking the property with Brody. I would recommend The Stave for a fabulous dinner and drinks, visiting the nearby wineries, Woodford Reserve Distillery, Rolling Oven Tap Room for pizza and beer or and just taking a drive to see all the beautiful horse farms.
AMAZING is the best way to describe Misty Ridge. Chris and Misty were great host they go above and beyond to make sure you have a great stay. The home, property and views is absolutely beautiful. We had a group of 6 adults and the home was more than accommodating. We have stayed at alot of different places around brimestone and hands down this was by far our best experience yet. The kitchen is well stocked with all dinner ware and utensils. The beds were very comfortable. The home has alot of seating. There is nothing more you could ask for. Thank you Chris and Misti for sharing your home with us we would love to come back.
Beautiful views from the back deck and beautiful views from the front porch. The property was neat and clean. The house was very well equipped with everything you need to make meals. Plenty of parking for large vehicles. The only thing about the back deck is that it faces west and in the evening the sun was blazing and a little warm because we had such beautiful weather so we did end up sitting on the front porch until the sun went down. The owners were quick to respond to answer questions. If we would be in the area again we would definitely stay here.

My wife and I purchased this beautiful property in September of 2015 and recently built this cabin in 2019. We love the outdoors and have found Scott County to be an outdoor paradise. We love to travel and take advantage of the blessings God has given us and it gives us joy to provide memorable experiences for our guest.
Why they chose this property
Misty Ridge is located on the top of the ridge overlooking a beautiful valley and mountain range. The views, star gazing, and sounds are unbelievable. You will feel as if you are in another world compared to the noise and light pollution we are so accustomed to these days. We always try and provide and quick and easy check-in as well as a safe environment for our guest.
