The owners are music and art lovers and they are excited to share their home with you. There is original artwork that is showcased throughout the home alongside a obvious love for jazz and music as brass instruments are on the wall w/ bright happy artwork by local artists.
There is a full kitchen with air fryer and Keurig.
There is a temperpedic KING mattress that makes for the best nights sleep ever!
We are here for whatever you need!
The Bywater is a vibrant art scene - with local artisans' galleries, funky live music venues, and art markets, embodies the essence of these adjacent neighborhoods. The food scene here is mixed with trendy spots and locally founded, casual digs - take your pick. Explore the St. Claude Arts District, Crescent Park on the riverfront, and more.
Guest has access to all of the condo with the exception of the owners/cleaners closet.
Our condominium features many amenities throughout. A spacious living area with a queen sofa sleeper available for your convenience. We also provide wifi, coffee maker and coffee supplies, towels, cookware and utensils. Shampoo, conditioner, & body wash are stocked as well!
This unit also features its own terrace/balcony with a spectacular view of the famous Bywater neighborhood. Guests will also have exclusive access to the secure ground floor parking garage at no additional cost, accessible via elevators. Parking for 1 car is provided, in addition to plenty of free street parking w/ no restrictions for any extras. Any amenity you may need for an enjoyable and relaxing vacation is provided for you during your stay. Enjoy the spectacular views of classic New Orleans from your balcony, take a dip in the pool, or relax at home in a space maximized for your comfort.

I am a native of Texas but a local to New Orleans. I also live part time in Costa Rica. I love being able to provide a safe, comfortable place for people to make memories and experience the heart of New Orleans. Being detail oriented, I have thought of almost everything to make the stay of the guests as easy as can be.
Why they chose this property
I love the eccentric neighborhood of the Bywater. Tons of great restaurants adds to the benefit of staying here. Also, close enough to the French Quarter but also far enough to be able to have a great nights sleep.
What makes this property unique
This unique place has a style all its own, with every amenity you can ask for. The 420 Green Suite is a fun green themed suite with no expense spared for your comfort. Brand new Queen temperpedic mattress & a Queen Serta pullout. Quartz countertops and has stove. Full cookware, Keurig, and air fryer.
