Originally booked a stay with the same owner, but thought it was on first floor and it wasn’t. The owner politely changed me to a first floor option to accommodate a temporary injury. This stay was perfect. Very clean, excellent location and safe. Will definitely book again should the need arise.
When I arrived @ 11:30 pm I was not able to enter the property. Door code was incorrect. I tried contacting the host with NO response, I tried calling NO ANSWER. Had to make other arrangements at a hotel. Getting a refund appears to be impossible.

I’m very sorry for the inconvenience you experienced. The door code provided was correct, but it seems there was some confusion in how to operate the keypad. We sent detailed instructions and reached out the next morning to assist, but you had already decided to stay elsewhere.
We’ve hosted guests for nearly 10 years and always make sure access codes are tested and working before each arrival. We take guest comfort seriously and truly regret that we weren’t able to help you in time that night.
