NEWLY ADDED - 2nd bathroom with access from Bedroom #1. If you’re looking for some peace and quiet, this country ranch home sits on 80 acres of farm, pasture and hay land. Spacious patio and outdoor seating. Separate entrance to the Sportsman Room for hunting gear, boots and clothes storage. The yard is extensive and there is plenty of parking. There is a pond located on the property and fishing equipment available if you’re up for a fishing adventure. Try out the portable target for some shooting on the range. Spacious home with 3 bedrooms, 1 bath and large living room.
No indoor pets allowed - HUNTERS please inquire about possible hunting dog accommodations.
Close to both Highway 54 and 59. Restaurants within 10 to 30 minutes, shopping within 15 to 30 minutes.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
*Place dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start it prior to leaving. *Remove ALL trash from the home (placed in bags) and place in the exterior trash dumpster behind the fence on the deck.
•Sweep the bathroom and kitchen floors. •Wipe down the kitchen countertops and stove. •Turn off all lights and TV. •Make sure all windows and doors are locked
•Place dirty towels in the provided hamper or in the shower. •Unplug toaster and coffee maker •We will strip the bedding. •Please make sure you have all of your personal items.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Exterior surveillance camera on property. Smoking is only allowed outside - butt disposal can is provided. $200 cleaning fee for smoking inside.
No Pets allowed - $200 cleaning fee assessed if pets are found on property. Property owner is not responsible for accidents, lost or stolen property.
HUNTERS - please inquire for possible accommodations of hunting dogs. A deep freeze is available for your use to store game until your departure.

This farm was established in 1945 when our parents married. All 5 of the children worked on the farm alongside our parents, running tractors or combines, hauling grain to the elevator in town, tending the cattle or garden, canning the vegetables they grew or cooking meals to feed the family at the end of the long day’s work. With the passing of our parents, we wanted to keep this property in our family and share this beautiful land with others.
