You’ll be minutes away from the Laughlin casinos, Colorado River and Lake Mohave.

Conveniently located 1 min Denny’s, Safeway, dollar tree and Burger King, etc.

For your stay, we offer a king size bed, queen, bunks, pull out sofa bed, smart TV’s in each room

Offers a comfy sofa that can be turned into a queen size bed. 75 in TV with Netflix and board games.
Air hockey table also available

Dining Area:
Table that can sit 6 people.
4 more guest can sit at the island.

Kitchen:
Kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook your meals.
Available for use: rice cooker, toaster, coffee maker, pots and pans, cooking / eating utensils. Cheese grater, measuring cups. Kid’s utensils, kids plates and bowls. Basic spices. Dish soap and cooking oil.
High chair available.

Bathrooms:
Two full baths with complimentary shampoo and conditioner, stocked with toilet paper and towels.

Master Bedroom:
King sized bed with a brand new memory foam bed. Two night stands with lamps that have a usb port and outlet plug for charging your phone. Smart 44” tv. Walk-in closet space available with hangers and luggage holder.
In this closet you will find the extra blankets for pull out sofa if needed.

Queen bedroom:
Brand new queen size memory foam bed.
Two night stands with two lamps and wireless chargers. Smart Tv.
Ample space available for your belongings in the closet.

Bunk Room:
Queen over queen bunk beds with brand new memory foam mattresses.
The top bunk is limited to up to 175 lbs.

Amazing place!

Centrally located to everything! Also, only a 8 minute drive to the Laughlin casinos. Jet ski launch is less than 3 minutes. The house itself was super clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The host was very communicative. I would definitely be booking again

Fantastic Home!

The house looked just like the pictures! Very clean and new! The beds were comfortable. There were so many game options that kept our teenage boys busy for hours! We decided to stay an extra night and the host made the process of extending our stay so easy! We would definitely stay here again!
