Loved the interior design of my room which made it feel quite cozy and inviting. Long hallways from the garage to the room require multiple trips to move luggage in and out using trolleys that are only available in the garage which is located at a distance from the residential unit. Room has poor sound insulation. Could hear neighbor above walking all the time, including in the middle of the night. The water heater in the bathroom is quite noisy. Shower water pressure leaves a lot to be desired.

Thank you for your feedback, and I’m so glad you enjoyed the interior design and cozy feel of the condo. I’m sorry the luggage carts didn’t meet your expectations. They are intended to make transporting items from the garage to the condo easier which is usually a bonus for a non-hotel property to offer, especially for shorter stays, though depending on what you bring, it can still take a couple of trips. I do want to clarify that the water heater is located just inside the entry in its own closet, not in the bathroom. Because it is in-unit rather than part of a shared system, or in a garage like at home, it can be more noticeable. Many guests prefer this for consistent hot water, but we understand preferences vary. If you prefer a shared system, our team can help guide you at booking.
