Studio Loft #314 offers:
• 800 square feet with two stories, two bed areas, two bathrooms and a living space with kitchenette, all in a two-story open studio lofted studio space.
• A queen bed separated from the living space area by a full wall and tall standing bookshelf/cabinet. Upstairs is a king bed.
• Downstairs provides the living space and kitchenette. The living space has a leather sofa with queen sleeper, leather love seat, television, and DVD player. Upstairs contains the second bedroom and bathroom. The upstairs loft also has a television.
• The kitchenette is equipped with cooking utensils and a mini-refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and a stove top. There is no oven.
• Two full bathrooms. One has an oversized tub/shower.
• The Studio Loft Condominium accommodates 3 to 6 people.
This spacious studio loft condominium gives you incredible ski-in/ski-out experience and it is perfect for a family gathering or group of friends. With high ceilings and mountain views you are located just steps from your favorite chairlifts at Palisades Tahoe Resort, and you’ll be just a short stroll away from the resort village shopping and dining.

The kitchenette and living space are the first things you see as you walk in the condominium. The sleep zone is practically a private room with a queen bed separated by a full wall and a tall, full cabinet. The kitchenette is equipped with a mini-refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher and stove top. There is no oven. The downstairs bathroom has an oversized tub/shower.

The living area zone has a leather sofa, leather love seat, coffee table, television and dining table that seats five. The sixth chair is in the loft if needed.

Upstairs in the loft is a king bed and second full bathroom. There is another television, leather loveseat sofa, and a desk with chair – making this spot a good one to escape to if needed!

In the winter, Palisades Tahoe Lodge Rentals location provides an incredible ski-in/ski-out experience, plus you are a few steps from notable KT22 for bucket-list skiing/snowboarding and Wildflour Bakery for the world’s greatest coffee, cookies and more.

You are located a short stroll to the Palisades Tahoe Village for dining and après or a quick drive to several nearby summer Tahoe golf courses. In the summer the convenience of an onsite outdoor pool at Palisades Tahoe Lodge can be very important to your enjoyment, as are the other fun activities of Olympic Valley and North Tahoe. You are also just six short miles away from beautiful Lake Tahoe.

In the winter you are mere steps from the heart of Palisades Tahoe’s fabled KT-22 chairlift. What a wonderful place to be!

Your rental is a contract for a single vacation rental condo, with one owner in a multi-floor property. We are unable to reassign guests and adhere to all stated cancellation policies.

Parking is available for vehicles under 90 inches tall in the covered garage. Guests with oversized vehicles or trailers are responsible for securing their own off-site parking.

Mountain conditions, lift operations, and opening or closing schedules fluctuate with weather and are determined solely by Palisades Tahoe Resort – a different company altogether. Palisades Tahoe Lodge Rentals and Granite Peak Management do not oversee mountain operations. Refunds or re-booking are not available for weather related travel issues or resort closures.
