• Downstairs are the living space, kitchenette and Queen Wall bed. The living space has a new sofa (a queen sleeper sofa) and loveseat, television, and DVD player. Upstairs is a queen bed, bathroom and TV.
• The kitchenette is equipped with cooking utensils and a full refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and toaster oven, stove top and oven. The dining table seats six.
• There are two private bathrooms. The lower-level bathroom has an oversized tub/shower.
• The Studio Loft Condominium accommodates 3 to 6 people.
