The unit had everything we could need and was conveniently located close to so many of our favorite spots in the NW Ohio area. Excellent stay and look forward to staying again when visiting Cleveland.

Great stay!

We were visiting family in Ohio and used vrbo for our stay. Room was very clean, exactly as described, well maintained, and for us, conveniently located. We will definitely use again for future stays. Zero issues, check in and out were very easy too.

My husband and I are 78 years of age, and spent 2 months assisting a family member move to a smaller facility. Upon arrival, the key was not in the lockbox as stated in the directions. I notified the host, and it was resolved quickly. The next thing that bothered me were 2 flights of stairs to climb. I knew there were 'a few' stairs, but not that many to a first floor apartment. It was difficult carrying our suitcases up, and the few groceries we bought.The apartment itself was very nice and comfortable. We ate most of our evening meals out except for a couple of evenings where I turned on the oven or microwave. We also had a power outage about a week before we were scheduled to depart. The a/c unit in the front area started blowing warm air. Advised the owner, and he said to turn the unit off, and someone would look at it Monday morning which they did. Maintenance turned it on so we could at least get some air circulation. The part needed wouldn't be in for 4 days, but it didn't matter as we were leaving anyway. This one was no one's fault. We had a portable unit in the bedroom, so we were comfortable. All in all, I recommend this place. Everything worked out.

Georgetown Villas - Fairview Park

We stayed here for a long weekend - in town for a family event. I would highly recommend this property if planning a trip to the Cleveland area. Easy access to downtown and there is plenty to do within a shorter distance to the property.

Great find near Cleveland

This is a very nice apartment in a nice neighborhood. Super clean and updated. Beds were comfortable. Close to most Cleveland attractions within 20 minutes. Highly recommended.

Very nice for an apartment!

There was 5 of us and I thought it would be too small but we were on a budget so I gave this place a try and I was not disappointed. Very welcoming. Pretty view to see others pets coming in and out of building(I'm an animal lover). Loved the table for our game night. I would recommend this place to just about anybody that has a group of 6 people or less!!!

The Apartment itself is nice. The Hallway is dirty and has a smell of wet dog. However getting to it is complicated if you are physically impaired. You have to climb a flight of stairs whether you use the back or the front door. I am glad my 87 year old MIL made Reservations some place else.

Great property- great host

This was a great property. Location was great as I traveled from the west to east side of Cleveland daily. Spent the Christmas holiday in the area and this well maintained and comfortable apartment made the stay pleasant. The apartment has been updated, very clean, well furnished and had everything needed. I was even able to bake desserts and make a full meal for the family. Loved having the maintenance person checking in on us to make sure everything was ok. I would recommend for anyone staying in the area. Check in and out was easy. Host left detailed directions in the apartment related to miscellaneous items.
