Competitively priced. Lovely older home in nice neighborhood. Recent from the ground-up remodel. All new appliances, beds and finishes, including hardwood floors. Very comfortable. Near ACC, historic downtown Littleton, numerous attractions and light rail. Separate dining. Queen bed in each bedroom, plus sofa and futon bed. Each bedroom has a tv plus one in living room. New linens plus black-out curtains in each bedroom. Built-ins. Kitchen is well set-up for cooking (equip inventory supplied when requested). Patio furniture, including glass dining table and picnic table and oversized patio umbrella.
