To ensure a wonderful stay for you and our neighbors, please note:

No Pets/Animals: Due to severe owner allergies, we strictly cannot host pets or ESAs.

Pool Heat: Included for free! Please request in advance so we can have it warm for your arrival. (Professional reset fee applies if settings are tampered with).

Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 8 AM (Melbourne City Ordinance).

Security: 24/7 exterior cameras monitor entryways for your safety; no cameras are inside or facing the pool.

Occupancy: Max 10 guests. Additional guests are subject to a $25/day fee.

Full liability waiver and house policies are included in the booking agreement. By booking, guests agree to supervise children at all times and adhere to check-out procedures to accommodate our tight cleaning schedules.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Turn the AC back to 77 degrees.
Please be sure to clean the grill if you used it during your stay. We will impose an additional cleaning fee of $50 if the grill is left dirty.
Please dispose of all trash in the receptacle located in front of the house. Please DO NOT throw trash in the outside receptacles with the yellow lid. This is a recycling can ONLY. Use the green bin.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. No parties or events are allowed. No Pet, Smoking/vaping are not permitted inside the home.
Keep loud music, voices, and sounds at a minimum. The house is not childproof; please supervise your children.
Please understand that Florida's natural surroundings include bugs and insects. We do not offer refunds for issues related to bugs or insects.

Nice for family vacation with close access to USSSA Space Coast Complex.

We stayed here for a baseball tournament at the USSSA Space Coast Complex. It was easy access to and from the complex and also to the beach.The management was friendly and very responsive.The pool was smaller than expected, but it's great for smaller children.

Lovely family getaway

House was clean, organized. Kitchen well equipped for cooking enjoyed the grill. In June the pool was a comfortable temperature without the heater. Love that the pool is screened in. Overall very comfortable stay.

We’ve stayed at this house twice already this year. It’s our 1st choice when visiting Melbourne. The house is clean, the beds are comfortable, the screened in pool with outdoor TV is a huge hit with our kids, the backyard is like a tropical oasis, and the owners are very quick to help with any question or issue. I honestly can’t think of anything negative about this property.

Such a great Florida experience! We loved the pool area and porch. The landscaping was beautiful and made us feel like we were in our own little oasis. Everything was very tidy and well thought out. They had everything we could need and it made for an excellent week! Definitely recommend!!!

It was enough room for 4 adults and 2 teenage kids. The pool area was a hit with everyone. Kitchen and baths were in good condition and the beds and mattresses were comfortable. There are 2 garbage dumpsters, one is for recycling and so don't make the mistake we had in putting the garbage in that one. The host was good about that and rectified it before it was picked up.The area seemed quiet so no issues with noises at night.Overall we were pleased with it.

House and location were perfect for our stay in Melbourne. The house was clean and had just about anything you could possibly need. The backyard felt like our own little private oasis. The screened in pool was a huge hit and my kids loved the outside TV. Owner was wonderful to work with and responded very quickly to questions. Would definitely rent this house again.

The house was perfect! It had everything that you could need. My kids really enjoyed the pool and the Nintendo switch. All of the rooms were the perfect size for a family of 6. The host was very easy to get ahold of if we had questions. Highly recommend this property.

Perfect for a family get away

The house was a perfect size. 4 bedrooms one has 2 twin beds. The others are king and queens. Nice clean bathrooms. Plenty of hot water. We cooked thanksgiving dinner. Appliances were great. There was board games and a Nintendo switch Pool was heated and clean. Communication with owner was fast and helpful. I would stay here again.

Sandpiper Paradise Review

We were so pleased with this property. It was clean and freshly decorated, and very organized. The host was responsive to our requests for a bedroom mirror and a yoga mat. When we called with a question, our calls were answered promptly. This was a great home for our group of senior adult friends and would be wonderful for a family. There are several large TVs in the home and even one on the covered patio by the pool. We would stay here again!

Amazing!!!

We had an incredible stay at sandpiper paradise!! Communication with the host was superb and the house itself was very clean and had everything we needed, from baby items to kitchen appliances. (The Nintendo switch was also a nice touch) The pool and backyard area was like a tropical oasis, even has fruit trees!. The home comfortably fit my entire family with a large couch in the living space, a roomy dining table, and a long driveway. Would definitely recommend and would definitely rebook this one next time we’re in Melbourne!!!

Quiet location

I did enjoy the house and it was up to par but what I didn't enjoy is that the ad does Clearly say heated pool but the pool was not heated at all!! and when I spoke to the property manager late that night she said that I would have to be charged for the Heat but clearly by 10:00 at night we were done swimming in the pool anyway. I feel like when the cleaners come they should turn the pool on so it's heated up and it shouldn't be an extra charge that's not good business thank you.
