This property is ideally located close to the shops and restaurants of Stone Harbor. No need to worry about parking as itï¿½s a short walk to the beach and activities in town. For the fishing enthusiasts, the lighted bridge is 2 blocks away. Enjoy 2 separate living areas and relax on any of the 4 decks. There is an extra full size refrigerator and 2 mini fridges to store all your goodies. There are 4 bedrooms on the first floor, two are junior suites with queen size beds, each having their own bathrooms. The third bedroom has a queen size bed and the fourth bedroom has a set of bunks. Also on this level is another full size bathroom, laundry room with full size refrigerator, sitting room with TV and mini fridge and sliding doors to the deck overlooking the pool area. On the second level is the master suite with king size bed and full bathroom and sixth bedroom with private bath. The living, dining area and gourmet kitchen are also on this level. The off street driveway parking will accommodate 4 cars. There is one king size bed, 4 queen size beds and one set of single bunk beds. Bunk beds are 2 singles.
