This is a great property! Plenty of space to spread out when needed across two living areas and a dining room. Everything is updated throughout. Access to a ski locker was great to keep some of the clutter out. We enjoyed the wood burning fireplace too. It was very quiet - we never heard any noise from any neighbors. We didn’t realize at first that the Tamarack lift is right behind the building which is very convenient (access from the second floor). It’s not a bad walk to go straight to the gondola, except for the -20 temps with windchill, but you can’t control the weather! The village is also an easy 5-10 minute walk from one end to the other. We would have explored a little more if not for the crazy cold weather. The only issue we had was there was only one parking pass for two families, but the owner assured us no one would get towed. Other than a little bit of hassle trading the pass a few times to get the cars into the lot, there was no issue leaving both cars in the lot.

Not as advertised - Dirty and disappointing

Our stay at this VRBO was extremely disappointing due to the lack of cleanliness. Upon arrival, we were met with dirty floors, dirty cloths in the washer/dryer, unvacuumed floor, nail clippings on the coach, along with not being able to enter the rental until 5:00. It was clear that little effort had been made to maintain basic hygiene, making our stay uncomfortable and far from relaxing. We expected much better based on the listing photos and reviews—definitely not worth the price. And to add - the rental agent was who was extremely engaged prior to my renting, was nowhere to be found during my stay and ignored repeated emails.
