The house is very well looked after and ventilated, has 150 m², 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, large fully equipped kitchen, large terrace with barbecue, overlooking the sea and the Atlantic Forest. It offers internet with wi-fi. It is in the midst of a beautiful plot of 2500 m² with several places to rest (deck seats). The large land grant total privacy to the residence. You can reach by car and there is parking for 2 cars
