This home is designed to provide a welcoming and comfortable stay for 2- 8 guests with plenty of sleeping options, bathrooms, places to relax, and a large dining room and kitchen.
The upper level has three bedrooms and a bathroom with two vanities and a clawfoot tub. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan, and AC units are available to help keep things cool during the warmer months. Light blocking shades in each room help ensure you are able to get a good night's sleep.
Bedroom 1: King bed with walk in closet, extra seating, and plenty of space and storage area.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed with large closet and shelving to keep your things during your stay.
Bedroom 3: Twin bunk beds with closet, chest of drawers, and a reading nook to enjoy the variety of fun children's books that are provided.
The beds all have plenty of pillows and high quality linens and bedding to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Plenty of large, plush towels are available for each guest.
The main level consists of the kitchen, dining room, living room, family space, and a 3/4 bathroom, as well as a washer and dryer.
Kitchen: This large open space has a variety of dishes, pots, pans, and cooking utensils available for your cooking needs. There is also a microwave, toaster, and several coffee making options.
Family room: A comfortable couch with a variety of books and board games is ideal for relaxing and reading or having a game night!
Dining room: With a large farm style table that can seat up to 8, this space is perfect to enjoy a meal with family and friends, as well as play games or do computer work.
Living room: We worked hard to make the living room a relaxing space for our guests. With plenty of blankets and pillows available as well as large windows for natural light, this is a perfect place to relax and read, do computer work, or visit.
The entry way contains plenty of space to hang coats other items when you arrive.
Please note that this home is located on a high traffic area and is near downtown, so you may hear noises associated with this. There is a basement apartment with its own entrance, and you may hear guests down below at times as well. We ask that guests in both units be respectful of those in the other unit so everyone enjoys their stay!
A smartlock with your own personalized code ensures you are the only one able to access the home during your stay.
A deck right outside the dining room is ideal for relaxing in the welcoming back yard space. This area is shared with downstairs guests but is fully enclosed and private.
We are located in Moscow and are always available to answer any questions or help out in any way to ensure you have a 5 star stay!

About the host
Hosted by Kristina Hoffmann

I've lived in Moscow for the past 20 years and love the warm, small town feel. My day job is working as a veterinary technician, and I have a hobby farm on the edge of town. I love hosting guests at my historic downtown vacation rentals and doing my best to make their experience as relaxing and homelike as possible.
Why they chose this property
I love both the convenient location just a block from downtown, and the historic nature of the home.
What makes this property unique
The Parsonage was just that. A former parsonage for the little church next door!
