A very nice and excellently maintained location. Very nice host and the process was very simple. My only recommendation is related to the towels. They were the most rough towels I have ever felt. LOL Generally no concerns and would be happy to give 5 stars.

lol. You made me laugh. I do not use chemicals or dryers for my linens. They hang outside to dry in the fresh air. :)

What a wonderful property. The host was so communicative and was flexible with our out-of-state arrival time. She gave us a key, our own parking spot, insight into the property with how to use appliances and find anything we may need. The property is close to town, but feels remote and private. The things I enjoyed most were: the cleanliness, the beds were so comfortable, really quality space and design, the accessibility, great shower pressure, fully stocked kitchen and fridge. It served as a great home-base for our adventurous trip. It was a real joy driving back each evening. I also found the property very serene and peaceful. Playing my guitar out on the hillside in the chairs surrounded by wild flowers and birds was tranquil. 10/10 would recommend and stay again.

Guest house is even better than it looks in photos. The grounds are beautiful, and the neighborhood is a great place to walk and wander. Property manager was easy and great to work with...Will definitely recommend to anyone!

Yes, the Red Pheasant is 10 minutes from campus, however the serene, quiet environment is usually a great fit for families, especially during graduation. I do hope you come and visit us again, while visiting the Palouse.
