3 Bedroom plus den penthouse with cathedral ceiling, sleeps 10, has a full service kitchen, washer and dryer, fireplace, giant screen TV , and has all the comforts of home. Outdoor grilling and the hot tub are right outside your door. A single car garage and ski storage is available. In addition, this unit 4A boasts the most spectacular mountain and ski resort view in the world., straight across from Peak 8 at the center of the Breckenridge resort and the heart of the 10 mile range. At 10, 500 feet, your aerial view includes downtown Breck, the Beaver run resort, and looks straight across at the beautiful Breck bowls and the Imperial Lift, the highest ski lift in North America! You are just minutes from the gondola parking lots and City Market food shopping. Bus service is also available. The base of the Baldy Mountain hiking trail is a short walk from the Gold Point resort and the surrounding neighborhoods and vistas make for spectacular morning jogging or walking paths as well.
