The place was everything I needed and more in the sense of location, quite neighborhood, and overall scenery.

Could use some sprucing up, decor and furniture.

Mattress old and squeeky, couch is a pull out with deformed cushions, microwave doesnt work, halogen bulbs in pot lights, AC noisy. Needs updating.
