Love & Mutiny : Pink 1950s shack Tranquillity plus

Beach front mere steps away from the waters edge. Love & Mutiny is a 1950's shack built at historic Chinaman Wells on the western coast of the Yorke Peninsula, South Australia.
Its elevated on stilts and its position gives you a 360 degree view of this amazing location including one of the best coastal scenes this state has to offer.
In Summer feel the warm sand between your toes, or Winter months to relax in front of the wood fire and watch a storm roll in.
The space
The property is a split level home, and the living area is upstairs. Two separate bedrooms with comfortable Queen sized Pillow topped beds. Both bedrooms have a stunning ocean view.

The kitchen is a rustic galley style, with modern appliances including dishwasher , full sized fridge freezer, full sized oven with gas burner top. Full coffee facilities including Coffee for grinding, pod coffee machine and instant. All crockery, cutlery, and all cooking implements provided. Basic pantry supplies included.

Open plan living area, including large antique table which will seat 9, taking pride of place in the centre of the living room. Relax on either of the spacious window seats to enjoy the view or listen to a record on the turn table. On a stormy winter evening watch as the waves come crashing in while the slow combustion crackles merrily away.

Love & Mutiny is advertised as not having a television as this has generally been the preference, however if you require it a smart TV will be available for you prior to check in if you let us know in advance.

The living area also features an amazing quality Koala sofa bed. This will accommodate 2 guests. Should you require this amenity, please let us know so we can organize the linen. There will be an extra $50 for the cleaning for 5th and 6th guest only.

The bathroom is as unique as it is functional, with porthole windows to allow soft lighting.

The front balcony overlooking the beach, provides an amazing spot to view the truly sensational sunsets.

Downstairs you will find more peace and tranquillity. This beach offers everything. Its the perfect location for kayaking and paddle boarding, a long peaceful walk or a safe environment to exercise your pony. Its the perfect location for children to roam, paddle and explore safely.

Relax at the end of the day by the fire pit and enjoy the night sounds of the ocean and watch the stars.

Love and Mutiny has plenty of parking space and character in abundance.

Other things to note
Remember you are coming to the country and all that nature entails. There may be bugs of all kinds especially in the summer so bring your insect repellent if you are adverse. You will occasionally see lizards, kangaroos and a host of other wildlife.

The road immediately prior to reaching your destination is unsealed and can be dusty at certain times of the year.

We provide wood for 2 nights for your indoor fireplace between the months of April - October. Please bring your own wood for the firepit on the beachfront

PETS ARE ALLOWED, HOWEVER WE WILL NEED NOTICE BEFORE HAND, HOW MANY PETS AND WHAT TYPE OF PET, ALSO TO NOTE THE PET WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GO INSIDE & WOULD HAVE TO STAY OUTDOOR AND BE RESTRAIN, ALSO IF EDVIENCE OF PET BEING INSIDE THE HOME THERE WILL BE EXTRA COST FOR CLEANING.
