Pool is great but the hours are limited, Check-in took a long time at midnight which was frustrating and the fees need to be better explained including both the resort fee and security deposit. Room was very nice; location is on the strip but closer to downtown than most of the other hotels. I would stay at this location again.

Air-conditioning was really loud and kicked on every 5 minutes keeping us up all night. The window with a view was really dirty on the inside. It kind of had a bad odor to the room. Had to practically stand on the toilet or in the shower to close the door. Resort fee made the cost equal to other better hotels worst room ive ever had no coffee maker? Terrible people were friendly

The pictures shown on this site for the strat room. It's not depicted what they gave us. We had no coffee maker. We did have a small fridge. No microwave. The next morning I went down and asked if they could exchange us into a room or bring us a coffee maker. They told me that I should have asked when I checked in. They would have put me in a room. With that, I stated to the check-in person that the person that checked us in didn't ask me that. So I assume by going by the pictures that the strat hotel offers is negligent and doesn't depict what I thought we were going to get. Also the stratt hotel nickels and dimes you for everything you do. I feel that as a strat guest I shouldn't have to pay 30 a person just to sit and eat dinner at the top of the stratosphere. Also nickel and dime us throughout that place very expensive to stay to eat. I thought Vegas you went there to gamble in hotel. They had more reasonable rates for food. Everything was completely outrageous. Would not recommend staying there since we had such a bad experience. They had actually promotion for Westgate purchases of condos and because of the strats poor services, we actually went and bought our own timeshare condo with Westgate. So sorry but I think strat hotel needs to really improve their customer service.
