As Good As It Gets is a vibrant, modern vacation home offering an ideal oasis located just steps away from the ocean. The house features a joyful, beach-themed living space with an open-plan layout connecting the plush seating area to the kitchen and dining space under airy, high ceilings. Culinary activities are a delight in the completely remodeled kitchen, which is brightly decorated, fully equipped with new appliances, and offers generous counter space. Guests can easily access the magnificent beach and spend their days enjoying the sun, surf, and sand. When not at the ocean, relaxation awaits at the private pool, which is available from May through early October. The home also provides multiple sun and shade decks, a Screened Porch, and a dedicated ground-floor den with a TV and futon for the kids. Located in the Bayberry Bluffs neighborhood, guests have easy access to family bike rides and quick trips to downtown Duck's unique shops, dining, and the popular soundfront boardwalk.
