Upon entering this peaceful retreat you will be greeted with freshly painted Shiplap walls soaring to the peak of the Cathedral Ceiling, a Polished Staircase leads to a Large Loft area with both a Queen and Full Size Bed and Lounging Area. The Living Area’s focal point is a Large Woodburning Stove to take the chill off. Large Windows bring the Outside In with Stunning Views of the Surrounding Forest. Large Farmhouse Table lends plenty of room for meals or games while soaking up the Peacefulness of all that surrounds you. Full Size Appliances, Butcher Block Countertops and Island help make meal prep a breeze in the Open Concept Kitchen. Outdoors features 1.6 acres of Woods to explore and a Custom Built Firepit with Seating for Campfire Memories. Main Floor Primary Bedroom has Queen Size bed and ample room. Newly Remodeled Bathroom has plenty of Character and features a Large Walk In Shower with Plenty of Room for Two.

Pickles cabin was adorable and had pretty much everything we needed. We loved all the photos of Pickles the dog! Be ready for lots of mosquitos, but they even had Pickles natural insect spray. We had a lovely trip!

Quick cabin getaway

You can only just hear the sounds of the road and otherwise felt nestled away in the spacious but cozy cabin. A great DVD collection next to the wood-burning stove was an added bonus. A family of Cooper’s hawks also took up residence just outside. Would come back!

Pickles Cabin in the Woods

We really enjoyed our stay. It is a lovely and very clean property. The location was great for accessing lakes in the area. Beds were very comfortable and Air Conditioning was terrific. The shower was fantastic! Gas grill worked great. I do have a couple simple suggestions if the owner wants some feedback.

Fishing trip

I booked this cabin to be close to petenwell lake which it is. And it was perfect. The only thing that I would say would be a struggle is if you are trying to park more then one boat there. I had no issues parking my truck and my 21ft boat there.
