It is a beautiful house that is clean, well maintained, and in a nice area on a quiet road. Quick walk to the beach, convenient to restaurants, and fun amenities.

Check in was at 4pm but we couldn’t get in until 4:30pm due to the cleaning crew was running behind. The bed in the master bedroom didn’t have sheets on it. Waited a day to get sheets. The A/C unit broke down and they have to bring in portable air conditioners for the downstairs bedrooms. Even though we had some setbacks we had a great week. The house is beautiful and a short walk to the beach access.

When the middle floor AC unexpectedly went down, I dispatched a technician right away and had portable units brought in so the bedrooms stayed comfortable. I'm glad it still turned into a great week, and I'd love the chance to host you again.

From reservation through checkout the process was simple and communication was superior. The home was excellent! The interior was clean and fresh - the dishes and all other kitchen equipment was in great shape and also clean. The rooms were very well appointed and the beds comfortable. The pool was also very clean and perfectly maintained. Also, the balance between the pool being in full sun and shade was also great for getting some sun and also being able to read and relax. From a location perspective - it was perfectly located to the beach. It was less than a five minute walk and the proximity to the grocery stores was great...five minutes or less. Now - the house is great but Corolla can be difficult to reach due to the traffic. This is no reflection on the home, but please be aware of the issue. That said...this is a great home and I most strongly recommend using the property.
