Our condo will feel like it's brand new (because most of it is) and even though it's a one-bedroom, we've designed it to be utilized by 4 people in case a family of 4 or 2 couples would visit. It looks over a Par-3 Hole at this very-playable Robert Trent Jones Jr. designed golf course. You can sit with your beverages on the large lanai, without the sun beating on you, and watch the many golfers attempt to make the green over the lava. We have 2 comfortable loungers as well as a new bistro table with 4 swivel chairs. During the summertime should be the best time of the year to see the sun descend into the ocean from our lanai (and maybe see the "Green Flash"). In the winter, the sun sets further to South, so to get a full sunset, you can walk out onto the golf course at the end of the par 3 hole to view.

There is only one step to enter, and three steps inside between the bedroom and living area (so essentially GROUND-LEVEL entry and above ground lanai).
Pickleball and tennis are across the street with 2 lighted courts and are bookable for reservations.
The nearly new Olympic-size pool plus a baby pool and showers/washrooms is across the street, with loungers and shady areas surrounding it.
Of course, we are also looking for the prime beaches. Many of the most admired beaches are a short drive from our condo. We thoroughly enjoy snorkeling and lounging at Hapuna/Kukio/A-Bay/Mauna Lani/Mauna Kea (A-Bay is the closest at around 12 minute drive downhill and Hapuna is 19 minutes).
Waikoloa Village has been expanding with many new restaurants and some of the most popular on Hawaii Island are located in the Village. The restaurants and KTA grocery/pharmacy is only a few minutes drive including wine and beer.
Lastly, the Village is in an excellent location to explore island, since there are highways going in almost all directions (68 minute drive to Hilo, 35 min drive to Kona Airport, 26 min drive to Waimea). The Volcano Park is on the other side of the island, so is around 2.5 hours drive.

We also have all of the necessities to enjoy the beaches: Cooler, Beach Chairs, Umbrella, Toys, Towels, and Snorkel Gear. You really just need your bathing suits and sunscreen. We also have spare tennis racquets, pickleball paddles, and the golf course rents golf clubs!
