Inaccurate listing details and other issues
We had high hopes for this stay, but were disappointed in the inaccuracy of the listing. It states that there are 2 queen beds, a sofa bed, and a twin Murphy bed. That would have been perfect since there were 4 of us staying there. The problem is that, in reality, there are 2 full size beds, a regular sofa, and no Murphy bed. There was an air mattress, which we ended up having to use.
I did call the owner upon arrival because of an issue with getting in. He answered and was very friendly and helpful. The problem is that he didn't answer any messages (through the app and direct) the rest of our stay. One other issue we had was that there were only 3 towel sets for 4 guests (4 were on the reservation). There were also not enough linens for all of us.
The living area and kitchen were nice, as were the bathrooms. There is no soundproofing between this unit and the one below, so don't be surprised to hear everything that is going on (there was a group up until ~4 am). I don't like giving low/negative reviews, but feel like I have to so that others don't have the same issue as my group did. I think that if these details can be resolved by the owner, this can be a nice place to stay.
