The Space:
Experience this gorgeous condo, boasting five beds, two full bathrooms, and generous space to comfortably accommodate up to eight adults. The expansive loft cut-out provides soaring ceilings and ample room for large groups. A set of laundry machines is provided for your convenience. Enjoy the outdoor ambiance on the back patio area. Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire condo. Entry is by door code. Access to the condo is limited to registered guests only. Any visitors must be approved by the host and may not stay overnight.

Take in all the street art and murals from local artists right behind the building. Known as Bolivar Alley, this urban art gallery is well-worth the walk and makes for the perfect social media post. Great location and space , but there were some downsides

The property was great, but there was a very prominent smell of marijuana that came through the house several times throughout the day. We had to open the windows to get rid of the smell. The rooms were perfect for our family and we loved the mortal combat and foosball table too!

Unit looked just as listed. Pretty spacious for a downtown condo. The unit itself was very clean. It was on the third floor of some old steep stairs so keep that in mind. General area of town was a little rough. The patio definitely didn’t look nice as shown in photos. It was a bit run down, and the alley was full of garbage and broken bricks. The property worked well for us for our trip for our big family but next time we will stay on the other side of the city. Thanks for having us!

Great location and space

This is a great location, with a well spaced out area for a bigger group to stay in the heart of OTR. I had great communication with the host. We loved our stay with the exception of the air conditioning. We couldn’t find anywhere to adjust it and it was very hot in the morning. Luckily we stayed in April when the heat wasn’t too bad.
