This is one of the best properties in Puerto Rico. The large 2 story home is located within the St. Regis Beach Resort/ Four Seasons Resort and the resort amenities are accessible. The included golf cart makes it so easy to get to the various resort restaurants, the boat house for the water obstacle course and kayaking. We have been here twice and highly recommend the amazing beach front property. You will not be disappointed!

Absolutely beautiful!

This house is beautiful! So clean and super comfortable beds and furniture. The description and pictures are very accurate. The resort property is amazing. We loved being right next door to the pool and restaurant. The host was very communicative and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

Amazing Vacation.

Had a wonderful Stay at this location. The villa is exactly how it was described and posted. The time check in with Abdel, the property manager was seamless. The staff was amazing! always available to answer our needs. Highly recommend this villa! Definitely be coming back again.

Amazing property

We had an amazing weekend with everything you need for a relaxed and very private weekend. The property has a nice open floor plan and extremely clean accommodations. Thanks to the amazing housekeeping team, Keishla, Liza & Betsy!!! Communication with property manager and check in was very easy. Overall it was the perfect getaway for two workaholics, the property made us put our phones and electronics down.

Wonderful Vacation

We had a beautiful experience in this lovely home. It was spacious and even more gorgeous than the photos. Having the residential club right next door to the the unit was a great perk. The kids enjoyed the waterpark with paddle boards and kayaks and having the golf cart made it so easy to get around. We would highly recommend this for a peaceful get away. The evening dinner options are mostly all a bit far away (20-30 min) so you definitely need a car, but once you understand that and plan for it, it's not a big deal. We cooked in quite a bit as well and the kitchen is well stocked with items you would need. This is a fantastic home and we will most certainly be back!

The house is beautiful, with impressive bathrooms, oversized closets, and clean, comfortable furniture. The kitchen was well stocked (4 coffee makers), and the washer/dryer was convenient.The bedrooms are gorgeous overall — with one exception. If you’re staying with 4 couples, just know someone is going to be mad when they pull the short straw. The room is off of the kitchen, the door doesn’t close tightly, no closet, en-suite, or windows. The router is messily set up and not tucked away. We had an older child use the room and it worked fine, but it’s something to consider.The beach is quiet and clean with big waves, and lifeguards on duty were a plus. The resort amenities were a huge hit — lake inflatables, kayaks, bikes, walking trails, and a turtle pond by the gym. Staff was friendly and helpful.A few minor inconveniences didn’t impact our overall trip:• Internet was out for 24 hours but resolved on its own.• Pool lights and fountain weren’t working at arrival but were fixed after a few days.• The golf cart struggled on hills and may be an issue if needed for mobility. We had to push it over the bridge and on the last day it couldn’t make it out of the driveway.• It can be loud near the beach club. The upper deck is next to an area where staff power wash furniture (which went on for hours one day) / leaf blowers at the beach club at 7am.Overall, we had a great stay — just a few helpful notes for future guests.
You can see the ocean from the upper deck. Note on the side the HVAC units and power washing were very loud.
