This first floor private apartment features a large master bedroom, a large second bedroom, a smaller third bedroom, a full kitchen and two full bathrooms. Sleeps up to seven. There is no separate living room.

Quiet, clean and comfortable apartment

This is a very quiet and comfortable place to stay. My husband, son and I stayed for a week while renovations were going on in our house. Rose was lovely and made some great recommendations for food. Beds were very comfortable and the 2 bathrooms made getting ready much easier. We would definitely stay again or recommend to family traveling to Ny.

Rose was awesome and helped us with getting to the buses and stores. The neighborhood is very safe and everything is in walking distances. Would stay here again on our next trip to NY

The apartment was clean and beautiful. Rose and Peter were so nice and helpful! It was perfect for our stay and needs. We told Rose before we left that the next time we go to New York we would definitely check the availability of this apartment before we look any where else. Just awesome!

Perfect spot for Corona Center Sports

This three bedroom two bathroom property is conveniently located a twenty minute walk from the Flushing Corona Center. The basement apartment of a private house in a largely Chinese community, it has easy access to public transportation and local ethnic markets and restaur . The owners who live upstairs are pleasant and helpful. The kitchen has a four-burner gas stove, refrigerator, and basic kitchen pots and pans. Thanks for a pleasant stay!

What a find. Great location for us as were were here for the tennis swell as sightseeing so very convenient for both. 15mins by Uber to and from the tennis and about 1 hour to get into Grand Central by bus and subway. Rose is a great host and very helpful. The apartment was spoon for our requirements. there were 4 of us. So having a 3 bedroom lace was great as two brothers aged 21 and 19 sharing a room doesn't work!! The apartment was clean and the beds very comfortable. The neighbour was very quiet and safe. I would definitely recommend staying here especially if you want to spend some time at the US Open Tennis. Thanks again to Rose for having us. Mark and family.

Flushing very quiet area right off 495 Expressway

I stayed at Rose and Peter facility for 7 nights, they were very kind to us. and they allow me to park in their driveway that was nice of Peter . The rooms were very big and spacious. The beds was very comfortable. the kitchen was very clean and had all the utensils for cooking, overall we did enjoy our short stay at Rose and Peter facility, I will definitely recommend ....... Ken

Rose and Peter were great hosts -- always available to help when we asked! I liked the houses in the neighborhood -- some look newly renovated; all well kept. When you first see the property photo, it looks small... and you are staying in the lower level -- but it has more room inside than you would think, and it is quite clean inside!! Plus, this property has 2 full baths--Much better than sharing 1 bathroom for 5 in a hotel room... and it is walking distance to the grocery store, restaurants and bus stop that takes you to the subway if you want to head to Manhattan. The subway ride was approximately 30 min to Manhattan -- a good time to relax going to and leaving Manhattan from here. Felt very safe walking at night (5 of us) and during the day (2 of us). Neighborhood is quiet. A mostly Chinese population. Most restaurants take cash only! The "Tea Shop" bakery was the best!! Did not get many opportunities to eat at other local restaurants since spent most time in Manhattan. Will definitely want to return!!

Our guest was very attentive to our needs. He greeted us upon our arrival and answered our questions throughout out stay. The owner was very knowledgeable about the area. The home was exceptionally clean and versatile for guests. There are clear and concise instructions for using and living in the home. I cannot say enough good things about my visit except I LOVED my stay. If I need to stay in the area I would stay again.....

I loved the stay. Buses and trains wete close for us to take to our places. I haven't been to N.Y. for many years. Missed my hometown. Excited to see my old spots where there have been changes. Felt the snow. Very nice. Spend christmas and New Years with mom, son, sister and husband. Thank you Rose. I we decide to visit back again I know where to look .

Great Space and Location

Rose greeted me on arrival and gave me a tour of the apt. and lots of handy information about the area, things to do, places to eat, public transportation. The apartment was spotless and most features like bathroom and kitchen looked like they have been recently updated. Central Air and comfy beds provided for a good night sleep. Great area, near (walking distance) awesome and affordable cafes, close to the subway and bus stops. The only issue is the parking situation, which is street parking. But even so, I was able to find parking at close proximity to the property. I'd say if you rent, get a compact vehicle if possible.

Very lovely apartment

This was definately the best choice, the apartment is very nicely kept, clean and spacious. The neighborhood is very nice and close by to main highways. We travel often to New York and will come back to this unit for sure.

Great Stay!

My family and I traveled in from out of town and did not know what to expect regarding our stay. However, Rose was a great help from the beginning and this home was comfortable for all six adults. Great location and great host - would definitely stay here again!
