About the host
Hosted by Renee Ippolito
Working for Hilton Grand Vacations for so many years, gave me the best training in the hotel/resorts hospitality industry. I'm a true believer in excellent customer service & quality products. And I also believe If the accommodations you stay in on vacation are not on par or better than your home, why bother to even go?
Our mission is to provide our guests with exceptional hospitality, personalized service & lifelong memories. And to be the premier host that can enable our guests a first-rate vacation & leisure experience.
A little about me: I'm an animal lover & I enjoy cooking & dining out. I did a lot of traveling in the past. And since I grew up in this neighborhood, I can recommend great restaurants, & fun things to do.

What makes this property unique
The characteristics of my Art Deco style house that was built in 1925 with it's original moldings, ornate solid wood doors on every room entrance, gorgeous hardwood floors throughout, oversized master bedroom suite, breathtaking Manhattan City Skyline & the Flushing Meadows Unisphere view from the front stoop, stunning stained glass hallway window is what sold me immediately on this home
