The main living area features a large L-shaped sectional, gas fireplace, 75" Samsung 4K TV, and YouTube TV. Large windows bring in natural light, while the open floor plan connects the living room, dining area, and kitchen.



The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with cookware, bakeware, dinnerware, utensils, a coffee maker, and everything needed to prepare meals for the group. A large dining table seats 10, with additional seating at the island.



Downstairs, a second living and entertainment area gives the group even more room to spread out, with a 55" TV, pool table, and PlayStation 5. Kids can play or watch a movie downstairs while adults relax upstairs, making the two-level layout especially convenient for families and larger groups.

A car is recommended for exploring the area, especially in winter. Heavenly is about 10 miles away, Sierra-at-Tahoe about 10 miles, and Kirkwood about 24 miles.
