Great home for families

This is a roomy house that has lots of beds. Perfect for families with teens. Place looks to be almost new and was in exceptional condition. Stocked with all the essentials just bring your own food. Nice neighborhood and lots of stuff close by.

Why they chose this property

This neighborhood is very close to the Coachella's Empire Polo Club, the Ground for the festival. The neighborhood does not have an association so the restrictions are not too tight. In addition, there are lots of attractions nearby.

What makes this property unique

Besides the above facts, I chose higher end materials so that you, my guests, get comfortable when you stay here. I provide all the kitchen accessories and dinner wares, cooking spices, soaps and dental hygiene materials. From outdoor grilling, to indoor cooking and eating, or just down for some wines, you have all you ever need to make it happen. There are 3 sets of wine glasses, dinner sets for 20 guests including steak knives and plenty of plastic bowls and plates for kids. There is also a welcome package of keurig coffee, green tea bags and water bottles. PLEASE HELP YOURSELVES AND HAVE A GREAT TIME! THANK YO SO MUCH FOR CHOOSING OUR PLACE!
