If you are looking for a quiet waterfront community for the winter months or while you are on rotation, our ranch is perfect for you! Welcome to Florida's Nature Coast. Beautiful newly remodeled home located blocks from the Gulf of Mexico and a short drive to the world-famous Weekee Wachee River in a quiet residential neighborhood. Our home is close to all of the local shops and restaurants, Publix, Walmart, Weekee Wachee State Park, Bayport Park Pier, and everything Herdando Beach has to offer!

The boat ramp is minutes away by boat or by car.

We have several kayaks and paddle boards for your use which can be used in the backyard on your way to the gulf.

Our deep water canal provides room for your boat as well as endless sea life. You can fish, crab, or watch the beautiful gulf sunsets right from the dock in the backyard!

Fully furnished, all utilities and high-speed internet included!

We do have a security camera at the front door and the back patio overlooking the canal. No cameras are inside the unit.

a very nice place the owner was more then nice the house his super nice if you look for a great place for you and your family dont look longer it's the place
