Between the large, open rooms and the natural sunlight that seems to find every corner, this duplex makes a comfortable, convenient home base in Seattle's Central District. There's so much that's close to you here, from parks to sports courts to the scenic shores of Lake Washington.

This two-story home occupies the upper portion of a duplex, one that's located in the heritage-rich Central District. If you're exploring on foot, Jimi Hendrix Park, the Northwest African American Museum, and Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial Park are all within a half-mile stroll. You'll also be close to Colman Park and Beach on Lake Washington (less than a mile), T-Mobile Park and Lumen Field (two miles), and downtown Seattle (three miles), with access to I-90 only half a mile north.

The main living space is open and well-lit, with generous windows letting in views of the surrounding neighborhood. It's a great place to relax after a day out and about, whether you're cooking on stainless steel kitchen appliances, sitting down for dinner, or watching movies late into the evening.

Both bedrooms are upstairs, each paired with its own TV and en suite bathroom. The primary suite is even equipped with a desk workspace - the perfect spot to log onto the complimentary WiFi and take work calls in peace.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
