Pleasantly surprised on the inside when pulling up to apartment. Very clean and efficient instructions. Perfect little apartment for a quick stay. Owner communication was great and price was very reasonable. Highly recommend!

It was a nice place to say to visit our daughter in college. The beds were comfy and it had all the amenities we needed. It's not quite walking distance to the campus and the neighborhood was a little sketchy.

Sweet retreat

This was the perfect place to stay for our Thanksgiving family reunion. It is neat, tidy, comfortable, and well-appointed. I'd give it a 5-star but it did have a few minor maintenance issues (knob on tub was broken, bathroom door didn't fully latch closed). Would definitely stay again in the future! Thank you :-)

Photos are deceiving. The futon had many old body oil spots. Dust in the livingroom. When we arrived, the grey bedding bedroom bedding was covered in body odor. Had to wash the bedding before use. White bedding had old stains on it. Patio area, table broken full of junk. The outdoor area/neighborhood is run down. Dishwasher foul odor. Over all dirty feeling and unsanitary. Needs a good deep clean. Bathroom shower head good. Keurig good. Nice large livingroom TV. Cute cats on the outdoor premise.

Was a clean property and host was very fast to get back to us. Place was not quite the “gem” it stated online. Was a bit run down. There were cats and all that goes with it everywhere. Probably not the hosts fault at all. Not a bad stay just not quite what we expected.
