MAIN LIVING SPACE: You’ll find the primary gathering space upstairs, with the open living, dining, and kitchen areas bringing everything together for relaxing and fun. A spacious family room with warm hardwood floors and comfortable furnishings make this a cozy place to gather and entertain. The large dining table seats up to ten, and you can prep meals in the luxurious kitchen. It is thoughtfully stocked with everything you need, and you’ll enjoy a gas range, stainless appliances, and plenty of counterspace. The kitchen island seats up to five on stool seating.

SLEEPING QUARTERS: On the first floor, choose between two, well-appointed bedrooms with king beds, both delightfully decorated in beachy colors with fun prints on the bedding and coastal accents. A nautical-theme bunk room accommodates up to five who share a true Jack and Jill bathroom, complete with two facilities and vanities and a bathtub/shower combo. IF A PET IS SEEN ENTERING A NON-PET FRIENDLY HOME, GUEST WILL BE CHARGED A PENALTY AND/OR EVICTED.

Soul Surfin is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering Soul Surfin the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.

There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.
